One star rating is too many. This dealership is terrible. Do not buy here. The people who work here are terribly unprofessional, unskilled, incompetent, and liars. They do not respond to customer phone calls nor emails, specifically its General Manager Louis H***** and Finance N*** Fotos Lawton. We bought our x7 in December 2022 and have not yet received license (5/31/2022) plate/registration. Our temp tags have been renewed twice to-date due to the same, with hestiation of the dealership to do so b/c we hadn't yet received plates&Tags. Additionally, the dealership has our private information dispursed in 3 different states with us recieving registration info from the states; they have exploited our personal information and will not return phone calls. All team members are part of the scam and fraudlent business of this dealership, as well. When we call, and ask for Lou or Nick, they put us on hold and don't return to the call. They completely dodge us and connect us with Lou (the GM in charge of the crappy dealdership and or N*** Fotos Lawton). This dealership lies, is sloppy, non professional and incompetent. Do not buy here. Buy another car brand because Corporate BMW does not support correcting this dealerships errors b/c per the long list of complaints, these problems have existed for years w/o resultion, compliance. There is massive predatory sales tactics and also lending, topped with discrimatory customer service. Do not buy here. Do not buy a BMW.
