            On March 12th 2021 the company "Name Your Price Movers" came to my home to pack up the majority of our belongings and put all the packed items into a pod that was on my property. The day of March 12th 2021 after the movers had completed the job my husband and I noticed that his **** set grand piano which was in perfect condition prior to this date was destroyed and could not be be fixed. We honestly thought it was just an accident and let it go. However come June 16th 2021 and June 17th 2021 as I'm unpacking all of our belongings I find multiple broken **** kits that my husband had build that where in perfect condition prior to them being packed. On their web site it states "When you work with us, you become part of our family. Well treat you and your belongings with the respect and care you deserve". Unfortunately this was not the case. Every single box that this company pack was throw carelessly into a box and put into the pod. The pod was poorly packed and dangerous.

            This moving company was absolutely fantastic!! I was in Silver Spring helping my mother transition from her condo to an assisted living facility, on a temporary basis. The movers showed up promptly, and were ready to go right to work, and that’s exactly what they did! We had everything marked for them with bright colored post-it notes, and they got right to work. Once everything was packed and ready to go, they went to the facility and immediately began to unload. They even switched around the furniture in the new room, until my Mom figured out where she wanted it. They were wonderful to us!! They were very patient and never tried to slow-walk to get more money out of us. They gave us a quote and stuck to it! We very much appreciated that. They kept in contact with us prior to, and throughout the entire move, and answered all of our questions. When my Mom is ready to move back to her condo, we will definitely call Name Your Price Movers again. I highly recommend these movers!!
