      4/10/25 and 4/14/25 Mold remediation of the garage and **** system. Paid $5500 *** Mold was supposed to provide full remediation of mold in the garage and **** and any additional mold found. The technician did not fully remediate the mold in the garage. Instead left a ton of visible and hidden mold and contaminated the entire contents in my garage by carelessly removing the moldy drywall, not removing contents or covering them. He insisted there was no need to further investigate the mold into the closet and laundry room even though the mold was visible and highly concentrated on adjacent walls. He simply said he couldnt see anything. Well there was black mold in both spaces. He left a dehumidifier which leaked water all over my garage causing further water damage. He was supposed to completely remediate the **** system, which he charged $2100 for, but because I was out of town, he took advantage, spent one hour at my house and did not do the job per the agreement--didn't tape off every vent. Didn't clean through every vent. I am waiting on the pictures from the second mold company of the visible ************* throughout the ducts. COC guidelines were not followed. There is ample clear evidence of neglect, causing a direct health risk to my family. An insurance adjuster came out, who was appalled by the state of things, as there was still visible mold, & couldn't believe a mold remediation company would leave things this way. I ended up having another company come, who said they have never seen such *************************** That remediation company has been at my house for 17hrs (and counting) trying to fix what *** Mold did/didnt do. I've spoken To two different supervisors. The first apologized profusely & assured me we would reach a resolution such as refund. The one I spoke to twice yesterday was defensive, dismissive and rude. Refused to accept photo evidence I provided. Refused to reimburse me the $5500 or compensate for other items lost as a result.

      I am selling my home and during inspection inspector pointed out that I had mold in my attic. I got three quotes from three different companies. All three companies were in the same ballpark from $****-$****. I chose FDP over the other two I clearly explained to the technician what Has to be done where the mold is at because thats where the inspector showed me where the mold was at in the attic the technician agreed he said h*** do it. He gave me the price he gave me the rundown. The day the job was supposed to finish. I went upstairs to take a look into my surprise. I thought I was on a practical joke show. He did not do anything where I showed him where I was showed explained to him where the ****** told me to go he went on his own and did a little piece of the corner. Maybe a 4 foot section and charge me ****, I explained to him that he messed up the job. He tells me it was a miscommunication a miscommunication I say no I seem more like neglect. I clearly showed him explain to him because this was a very important matter because Im selling my home so technician tells me that h*** come back in a few days to finish the job no no worries he assured me he comes back and just drops off one of his workers and leaves the worker went into the attic for maybe about 20 minutes and said he was tired and did not finish the job, I called back the office to let them know and their theory was since I let them go and didnt make them that job that day that I was satisfied with the work because I let them go that day without completing I was not holding down against the wheel and making them work if they did not want to work, their boss assured me, it will get done that is not in my position to let them know I had to take a day off the next day I feel for ****. I was totally ripped off the job they did was terrible. Theres no way what they did was worth the money or the aggravation. Their service manager offer me $100 back which I thought was a slap in the face. They completely robbed me and to offer me only $100 back no way.

      The customer hired us to treat mold in his attic and showed all the problem areas to our technician upon his arrival. Due to miscommunication, our technician didn't address all the problem areas shown to him by the customer. Once the customer notified us about this issue, we sent the technician back out to finish the job and expressed our apologies for our mistake. The customer approved our final work, and the job was closed.

       

      The next day, we got a call from the customer saying he found some more new areas with mold and started blaming us for missing them. We explained to the customer that we only treated the areas that he told us to treat. And because these new areas were never part of the initial quote, there would be an additional cost for us to address them. The customer declined.
