Steven *** seemed to relish in the fact that he had bad news to deliver to me. It all started with the discovery of a hole in the roof on the exterior of the house. This hole was not discovered until a bigger issue arose. Black moldy water running down a new hole in the ceiling of one of the upstairs bedrooms, followed by more trails dripping from light fixtures. This case went from March to the present and is still unresolved. I had done my due diligence. Called and informed my insurance, contacted contractors, kept Allstate informed the entire time. I can respect the fact that there is a process to these things and sometimes you have to wait. I have waited patiently for 8 months now.The inspecting engineer could not deduce the source of the water damage on the outside. Which then resulted the in the outside not being covered. But I was still covered for the interior and was planning on repairing the exterior myself after I handled the insurance part. This is where ***** comes in.Steven *** called my phone and stayed on for 30 minutes verbally berating me. An example of how he was is as follows: In a somewhat cheery tone your roof is not covered. Something Ive heard a lot before I respond by saying that I dont care about whats not covered, I need information on what is covered. It was his idea that I was completely uncovered on this case and that I should just go pound sand. He had no clue about my case, and he didnt care. On top of that, he chose to take a very judgmental attitude about it. An example of this was when he told me to put a tarp on my roof as a fix. To make matters worse, he would raise his voice at me, and talk through me when ever possible. Steven tried to verbally bully me. Steven told me there was nothing I could do, when I asked for his supervisor and refused to give his supervisors name to me. His desire to deny and see me suffer was fully felt through his passive aggressive approach. I still got no progress at the end of the call.
