This service was a complete rip off, and have now closed their doors. What they were advertising didn’t work. This cost me 6k. It was a complete waste of me traveling 1 hour and a half for some fake treatment for 12 so called treatments.

This is a completely BOGUS business. They have now closed after duping and misleading numerous clients such as myself.

I had an appointment scheduled for June 13, 2023 and when I arrived, the place was closed. Shortly thereafter, successive appointments I had scheduled were inexplicably cancelled via email and now there is no way to contact the business - the phone is not be answered and the web information is not responsive.

    This is undoubtedly criminal enterprise.

Their actions are fraudulent in a manner that their infomercial is misleading and does not give as stated. Free service offered is changed and manipulated into a cost once you are in the clinic. November 4th, I called Monument Medical Clinical. The call was based on a broadcast that I watched on WUSA9. At the appointment it was explained how the procedure/service would take place. I asked about the free treatment offered as it was stated in the WUSA9 broadcast. I was under the understanding that I would be given a free treatment if I immediately called while viewing WUSA9 promotion of the service. I was given an initial treatment that day and discovered that it was merely a vibrator being pressed upon my inner thigh and penis. I was informed that the fact of my having had prostate cancer surgery may decrease my likelihood of success. I was emailed an agreement from “MOMNT” and it clearly states “Your purchase window was opened on the day your loan was approved and will remain open until Tuesday, April 11, 2023. You are only responsible for paying back what you spend during your 5-month purchase window in addition to any interest and/or fees you might incur.” I have not received any treatments past the day of consult.
****************************  1 minute 59 seconds into the infomercial it was offered as Free exam blood flow ultrasound ($650.00 value) to callers and I called immediately . I was greeted by an answering machine and was told to leave my number for a call back. I received a call back and the financial nightmare began,

I have erectile disfunction and am embarrassed and ashamed of this fact.
I paid $4,500 to Monument Medical Clinic because to cure me of ED was worth that cost; but after 16 weeks and 12 treatments I have not had any reversal of my symptoms.
Because of my embarrassment about my problem, I would expect the clinic to treat its patients with confidentiality. However, I was repeatedly disappointed with how they treated their customers/patients. We are put in a waiting room with 10-15 other men. Sometimes for as long as an hour and half after our scheduled appointment time, they will call you back into a treatment room by hollering out your name—often pronouncing both your first and last name. I was very uncomfortable going to each appointment.
Technicians (I don’t think they are RNs) are uneducated and consistently contradict each other. I received a package of pills with instructions to “dissolve under the tongue 30 minutes prior to activity”. I was not expecting this package and was not informed that it was coming. I asked the technician what the pills would do and never got an answer (I don’t think he knew), instead he was insulting and rude to me. Other than the first sales meeting, I didn’t see a doctor unless I specifically requested to speak to him. They didn’t seem interested in whether the treatment was working for me or not.
I believe this service is a complete scam. The parent company to Monument Medical Clinic is The E.D. Medical Clinic (***********************). They hide their deception by naming their clinics different in each area. That way it is very difficult for a consumer to see honest reviews.
