              Around the middle of April 2020, the sales lady quoted me a price of $2000 for a silk fabric and I agreed to order it and paid half. However, many months passed and later Elliot brought back the finished curtain and left it at my home. Before Elliot left he got paid the 2nd half and left. After he left, I opened to see the fabric and it was a very stiff polyester fabric. I called him to let him know that I agreed to pay them for a silk fabric not polyester and the sales lady quoted me when I showed her the fabric in their show room. His response was that she is no longer with the company. He came to look at the curtains and demanded that I should pay extra $600 otherwise he won't be able to provide silk fabric. Since I didn't have a choice I paid him the difference. Now just recently brought the curtain and wanted to get paid another $600. I refused to pay because I'm overcharged for the curtain. He was threatening and he said he'll send an invoice. He kept sending invoices.
