    How do I recover money from consignment sales owed to me and receive my unsold consigned items? I had over $150 credit from consigned sales on my account in October 2023. In addition, in October, 2023 the Boomerang's owner accepted approximately $150 of clothing and shoes from me for consignment. Almost all of the items I consigned were brand new, never worn designer brand with the original sales tag still attached to the item.I was not notified the store was closing. My consignor account number is 2466 I just read on the ******************** website that Boomerangs closed the store and disconnected its phone in January 2024.Boomerangs illegally committed larceny and embezzlement!!
