Had them come out to clean some carpets and upholstery. The technician, ******, spilled water all over my hardwood floors and didn't clean it up until I found it. It was so much water that it buckled my floor. I advised the technician of this the next morning when it swelled up and he denied that the water he spilled could have caused the buckling. He refused to put me in contact with anyone in charge at the company. I called the company and spoke with multiple people who all said they would have a supervisor call me but only ****** continued to call me. He called me a liar and a scammer and refused to move the situation further. So my only option was to place a stop pay on my check to him. I told him I was going to do this and I also told the multiple people at the company (****, Marietta, Dawn, ***** and ****** I also had to bring in a water mitigation company to place drying equipment in my home to remove all the water that was trapped in and under the floor. My appintment to have the dryer vent cleaned Was June 5, 2025 between 2 ad 4pm. I had to all numerous times becasue they did ****** up at the agreed time. The technition arrived around 6pm. I was given a price of $69.99 over the phone. The technition stated that this required in depth cleaniing and told me he is giving a discount of 10 percent beause of his lateness. He had charged me $320 for something that took 15 minutes to do. He stated he preferred Zelle. Never the less I gave him ***** cash and wrote a check for 250. He stated h will email me the receipt. Never received the receipt. This nedds to be resolved. I want to see if the bank can put a stop hold on the check. The worker had lied and was late. On 5/28/2025 Certified green team came to clean my dryer ********* said he was going to do a deep cleaning which he did not i was charged $450.00 and my dryer still not working. He was only here 15 minutes. I keep calling the number on the bill and I am getting the run around. I would like my money back. The number i have been calling is ************* and *************. A representative of the Clean Green Team came to my house to provide an estimate for carpet cleaning. We agreed on treatment, price, date and time, and I provided a cash deposit of $300. When no one showed up at the agreed time, I called, and was told that there had been an emergency (although no attempt had been made to contact me), and a new date and time were set. The day before the new date, I was contacted and told that the time had to be changed to another one on that date. When I told them that their proposed time wouldnt work for me, I was told that I would be contacted to set a new date and time. When no one called, I contacted them and was told a supervisor would be in touch. No one ever called. This has been repeated 3 more times, such that they no longer have any credibility with me. Either this firm is hopelessly disorganized, or it is a scam, or it is a hopelessly disorganized scam. Perhaps they conclude that for relatively limited amounts (eg. $300), they will be immune from any consequences of their simply pocketing the amount, and stalling their clients. Regardless, I would advise steering clear of dealings with this firm.Initial Complaint

On May 29, 2025 I had appt for steam cleaning, When they arrived I was told these carpets can't be steamed only shampooed or deep cleaning. I chose shampoo. They were done is less than an hour for 2 rooms and stairs. They asked me to look at carpets (they were wet) they looked fine. Upon drying the carpets looked like they did before they started. They didnt smell fresh and clean. It seemed like all they used was water. I have called them at least 5 times asking for a manager to call me back about my dissatisfaction. On one of my calls I was told the tech told me that they couldn't get all stains out that I should have had them deep cleaned. I told them that I wasnt happy with the way they looked and that they didnt smell like they were shampooed. I have been told 3 times a manager will get back to me. I can't dispute transaction since I used *****. They have terrible customer service. A manager should have called me back.Any help would be appreciated.Initial Complaint

The prices were not the same as quoted over the phone. The guys damaged my accent chair. He used a brush and ripped the material. When I saw what he was doing, he continued to tear it. I was in shock and had to stop him. He acted as though it was no big deal. These chairs were imported from oversees and expensive. Just to repair them will cost more that what we paid for the items we had cleaned. I asked him about their damange policy and he couldnt answer. I also called to get a copy of my invoice and they told me I would get it by the end of the day. They never emailed it and then stopped answering the phone. The technician gave a bogus business card and of course never answered the phone. I paid with a check and he said to leave it blank so I dont even know who is running this shady operation. He seemed to clean the other items okay but still could not remove any stains from my matresses. I just wanted my invoice for my own insurance purposes and they couldnt even provide this simple request. Now, I am ****** off and will take them to small claims court. I almost stopped the check but I wont because the guys did do a decent job with the exception of damanging my chair!!!! I will send photos when requested by them to settle.Initial Complaint

Transaction occurred 5/22/2025, quoted $148 for a couch cleaning. They came to my home, cleaned by couch and after the upcharges, total was $500. This is not acceptable, as it was booked off of the price quoted.He attempted to dump his dirty bucket water in my kitchen sink until he was stopped by my wife. He also asked my wife how do we (2 women who are married) have a child. It was very inappropriate and they were also very unprofessional. I contacted this company 03/31/2025 for a dryer vent cleaning service and they sent a technician that did not do the job he was paid for. He was to service a deep cleaning of my dryer vent which entailed cleaning the vent through the inside of the house and outside. I specifically requested the outside cleaned because there is a bird guard that needed to be cleaned. He agreed. While he was in my house he tried to charge me for other services that my vent did not need such as replacing the entire hose and my bird guard which was just placed 12 months ago. Those are usually replaced every 2 years so I declined and I asked the technician will he still be able to clean the vent he said yes. He charged $435. He left and I turned my dryer on and it no longer heats. I looked outside and the entire vent is covered in lint from the dryer. It got so hot that the thermal fuse blew out which happens when the dryer overheats and now my dryer is no longer heating up. The technician just used a leaf blower to push all the lint out. That doesnt work when you have a bird guard- it will get clogged causing a major fire hazard! I called the company many times for a refund because they never sent anyone out to fix the problem that their technician caused. They told me that they do not give refunds even though that it no where written on their website. I scheduled 2 times for someone to come back and do a redo and no one ever showed up. I called the company many times and have proof of the call log with no answer. They chose to ignore my calls. I repeatedly asked for my money back and they hang up the phone. *** opened up my home trusting that this company would do the job and they just took advantage of customers who pay and do everything by the book. No one deserves to be scammed like this. They were quick to book the technician but when its time to fix the damage they caused, theyre no where to be found.Initial Complaint

I hired this company on April 10, 2025. They quoted $798.00 to complete the work. I was not home. Description of the job was to cement the panels and clean the chimney. When I got home, I noticed nothing was done and asked my husband when are they scheduled to come. He told me they are done. I looked closer and a very sloppy job was done. We were told that an invoice and pictures will be sent to us. I have since called and emailed but no response. Im not sure what was done. I believe they took advantage of senior citizens by saying the ***** carpet cleaning we signed for, when the technician came and said we needed the chemical treating for two stains. Well their still there. Very dis satisfied.
