    On 6/28/22, I took my 2008 ******** *** to Auto Clinic Care in Rockville to fix the windows from a hard bang when I put the windows down. Auto Clinic replaced both regulator assy-door windows. I was charged $792.99 each for both regulator assy-door windows. I called ***************************************** (Bethesda) and their price was $479.99 each for the window parts. The mark up was $626 for both window parts. On 7/1/22 Auto Clinic did credit me $169 back to my credit card. There is still a big gap from $626 to $169. When I picked up my car the door locks on both sides didn't work. I took the car back on 7/6/22 and they said the switch needed to be replaced. When I brought the car in on 6/28/22 the door locks were working great. What ever they did to fix the windows, they did something to stop my door locks from working. Even tough my car is a 2008, I only have 19,967 miles. Thanks, *******

    To Whom it may concern,

    The customer did notify us of his dissatisfaction and we tried are best to resolve the issue with him. We gave him a discount of $471.40 for both labor and parts on his original invoice and then after his complaint an additional refund of $169.00 on the parts and the customer still was not happy. Originally the customer came in complaining of the windows making bang noise when rolling up. Nothing was mentioned about the door lock switches not working and the key fob was working at that time so we never checked the door lock switch. So the customer brought his vehicle back for us to diagnose the door lock switch and found the master switch for the door locks needed to be replaced. We also did that diagnostic for free (valued at $189.99.)
