    "After I was in a car accident with my pet rabbit and the police called this company for my car to be towed, Rockdale Towing was unwilling to allow my rabbit to ride with me in the tow truck even as a the temperatures soared during a heatwave. Despite telling them the hazards, they were unwilling to make an exception and while waiting for an Uber, my bunny died from heatstroke."
