    Took my 1988 Mitsubishi Starion to Randallstown collision center in July for an estimate on repairs to the passenger rear quarter and paint job. Michael ***** took a look at it and quoted me a price (6K) that I agreed to. I left the car and approximately 2 months later the shop called to say the car was done and that they wanted a certified check for the amount. When I went to pick the car up I noticed alot of issues with the work that was done, I pointed it out to Mike. He said that he would address the problem but I would have to bring the car back. A few weeks went by I tried to call the shop to ask for a date to bring the car back but no one answered my call. I tried for a week then finally I had someone call for me from a different number then Mike answered the phone. I was able to get a date and I took the car back. When I dropped the car off as I was pointing everything the needed to be fixed Mr ***** was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He said flat out he wasn't fixing the issues I had and walked away. He came back and interrupted as I was talking holding my car keys and said to me, " do you want to wait for me to call you and tell you what I'm going to fix " I said to him that you are going to fix everything. He had the car for another month and did basically nothing, At this point i don't think this company is capable of fixing my car and I would like my money back so that I can take it to a shop that can. I am very disappointed in this whole transaction.
