    Fraudulent activity on account ledger after move out, mice throughout living experience 12 months, moved out prematurely as it was over 20 mice holes around the baseboards and kitchen of unit (worked with exterminator 3 times) huge inconvenience but no lasting resolution, large dog feces at front door, horrible smell each and every time you walk in to notice large urine and pop patio near front door. Damaged equipment in home due to mice infestation, flooring, carpet, and walls had mice damage. Sounds at night reflected an infestation behind exterior wall team no sleep. Poor living conditions for new born and pregnant wife. Faulty appliances oven and washer down for months, broken items never fixed at move in screen door mice concerns, mold and water leaking from vents and around tub. Mice moving through and tearing the carpet up as well as broken boards due to infestation. Customers were in direct communication with management until move out when management never followed up with concerns, never apologized for horrible experience, and messed up our ledger stealing more from us. This was not a luxury experience or close to it. Conditions were sickening.

    This is the worst experience I've ever had manager is terrible. I filled my application paid my application fee and waited ,i got approved and paid my deposit which was the only time i had a call back from them. I had to call again to get a move in date which was sent by email about 7pm a day later my deposit was paid and i was waiting for some information. i had to call again to find out my name wasn't put on the lease by the lady handling my case,the leasing refuse to talk to me,so i had to bring in my power of attorney Which i mentioned at my first interaction with an agent and they never took a copy,the leasing manager refused my power of attorney stating it was involved which was singed at the US Embassy 1 -2 weeks prior(i've always used power of attorney since my husband was active duty military)so i was shocked i brought in the power of attorney the leasing manager took a copy said he would send it up to corporate office, i waited never heard back .my move in date came never heard back so i sent a email asking for my deposit.each time i called the leasing manager keep saying they wont talk to me at one point i ask for the corporate office number he told me i dont have to keep calling and corporate wont talk to me ,which i have proven,my husband tried calling and they put him on hold and never got back to him, i have called left a message and no one called my back( they are just as bad and if corporate operates like that why won't their leasing office be just as bad).after sending the email about getting my deposit back All i got from the leasing manager was he will contact a person and get that done no apology nothing which i expected.i waited about a week still no response no calls. I called again the excuse was he was waiting on corporate to respond its been about 3 week since that email i have moved into a better place and still nothing. i still haven't got my money back, my money they are holding onto for no reason .when I paid the deposit the money came out the same day but yet am still waiting to receive my money back.this is my biggest regret apply at st Charles at olde court apartment i would NEVER recommend. I wish i could not give a star thats how bad my experience was and still is.
