Their "tech?" could not find a 18" crack 3/4" wide in the bottom of an exposed cast iron drain line in my basement. He insisted it was coming from the rain leader tie in outside, which connects to the cracked drain pipe and also leaked into my basement. Other bizarre behaviors include , got a nose bleed from a scab or sore on his nose and bleed droplets all over the basement floor, had to mop it all up with bleach ( thanks buddy!) .... he also grabbed a fresh roll of toilet paper and bled on it, I guess the toilet paper on the wall on the holder was too good for him??!! ...HE THEN PUT THE ROLL BACK ON THE BACK OF THE TOILET WITH BLOOD ON IT! GROSS AS HELL, glad I found it and threw it out....Once his nose sore was under control He then proceeded to crawl around on ground outside looking under low part of my deck ( no where near the house and zero pipes in my back yard mind you ) and this is after squirting my hose down the rain leader so he could not find the crack it came out of in the cast iron pipe. I am actually writing this now because I just got a phone call from some idiot from A.T.C. "not plumbers" from what I can tell....telling me the genius theory that the rain leader was leaking water into my basement. ( and if it was we have exterior line coverage for that anyway ) Complete incompetence around the clock is what you should expect. I told our home warranty company of the hour and a half this numbskull spent scratching his head, insisting grey water was "rain water" in my basement, The Home warranty company apologized for picking this company & sent a competent plumber out and he identified the 18" long crack in the drain pipe within 15 minutes, he called the warranty company for approval, then repaired the pipe in 5 hours the next day. I IMPLORE YOU TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unscrupulous or just unskilled at best, I think they were trying to inflate the amount of work required. There should be a ZERO or negative star rating. LOSE MY NUMBER CROOKS!
