    "I've been staying at the welcome in the hotel 8729 lock bend Drive for over a month for the last 3 weeks I've been paying for TV in the hotel that I have not been able to use the TV is not connected I have made several several complaints the maintenance man have came four or five times to my room they replaced the TV and I still do not have internet everybody else in the hotel has internet but my room I've been waiting for 3 weeks I have been charged every day for this room TV and cable is included and I have no television I have spoke with the manager several times nothing has been done they still taking my money giving me a receipt and not doing anything about me not having a TV we had one best bet in my room over a video game they have been harassing me as people that they are fighting everyday selling drugs and nothing is being done I pay on time I don't have to make payments like everybody else we always pay safely we've never asked them for any help or anything because we can pay our bill we can pay our way but then you calling me harassing me I don't have a TV you threatened me to tow my car when I come in from work there's no parking out there y'all have people parked at illegal people that selling drugs Park their illegal double parking broke down cars there I pay every day every week for my room and you tell me that if I park there you going to tow my car no and professional the little light skin short one she doesn't do her job I don't know why she is a manager"
