I am writing this because I am being charged over $5000 in fees for an apartment i was renting with them. Yes i signed the lease but they were not on my terms from day one when i moved in, there were rodents and i had to complain about that daily…i caught 6 mice, cat hair from a previous owner was all over the house including the fridge oven and stove. It was ridiculously dirty and i took videos and pictures to show them how nasty it was…. I paid 1827 for a security deposit that never was given back yet they didnt even send me a receipt of them applying that to the balance I supposedly owe! Then covid happened and i couldnt pay rent due to the shutdown… they basically told me i couldnt renew my lease… i also applied tor their covid relief and nobody reached out back to me , they told me to write all my bills down and they would call me back but didnt! I kept reaching out no answer or response to help at this point im disgusted with the customer service and the audacity to ask me to pay anything after they have gave me the run around. I have two witnesses and i will sue if this matter isn’t resolved. They have already Changed management and i cant even get into contact with anyone and nobody has contacted me either but they have the nerve to ask for money when they didnt even help me with the so called covid relief because i wouldnt have a balance if i got the covid relief. On another note i have continuously tried to break my lease due to rodents and i was told no… the notice of non renewal that was sent says i cant use my security deposit Towards rent yet they havent sent me my security deposit back when nothing was damaged in the apartment. I want my security deposit back and im not paying the balance for the inconvenience this is truly the ghettoest apartment ive ever lived in and im truly disappointed i want if off my credit as soon as possible or i will see them in court… i have already reached out to a lawyer.I also have detailed videos but i cannot upload
