This company has TERRIBLE and REPREHENSIBLE customer service. I received an order in a cracked/damaged shipping container. I took pictures to showcase the damage. The Concierge at my building placed the order in the refrigerator; however, food had melted. With that as a backdrop, I called the Customer Service line to alert the service that the delivery was faulty on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 only to be told they would call me back on Monday, November 29th at 9am. The call never happened. I called again on that day and spoke to an agent who said, "the order should be refunded," and further to that gave me a claim number to harmonize the announced credit. Advance the conversation to Monday, December 6th and a 'Manager' called to say that they would not be honoring the word of an agent and would NOT be honoring the credit as stated. I have spent nearly five hours trying to simply get a refund for an order of food that can be eaten. The company offered the insulting opportunity: a discount on a future order. No thank you. What company devalues a consumer? Not once - but four times. I want the order refunded. If this approach doesn't work - I will approach the Consumer Protection agencies at the state and federal level. This is absolutely Neolithic and not fair to unsuspecting users.
