    I presented a dress that needed a repair to a ripped seam. I asked them to put an additional piece in to resolve this matter, and I was told ok for $20.00.
    I picked up the dress, and a piece of iron-on tape was used to repair the seam. In addition, I had to ask them to use a scarf to add an additional panel to the dress. When I picked it up. I advised the clerk that was not what I requested and was told this process was adequate for the repair of the seam. She also located the scarf, which was not with the dress, and I had to request its return; only then was it returned to me, still fully intact.
    I paid with a debit card and, after 2 attempts, was told the card did not go through. I used another card and was told this, too, did not go through. I then paid CASH, four fives, for this transaction.
    I checked my accounts the next day, and two of the $20.00 had been deducted from 2 of my accounts, and one was pending, for a total of $60.00. I immediately contacted the bank and disputed the payments.
    It is unfortunate that vendors can tell you the transactions did not go through, you pay cash for the service, and they still withdraw the money from your accounts; this seems very unethical and fraudulent to me.
