    The office of Utility Funding,LLC for vineyards homeowners association charges,these large late fee,so even if you pay the alloted amount which could be 100 dollars monthly for 9 months, you could never get caught up .The fee is 900 dollars a year . There is nothing in our contract that says monthly,just yearly,and it October and I am already receiving a note of intention to create A ******* my question is,can anything be done about these high interest rate,an is there any help for me. I am on a fixed income.

    Thank you for this opportunity to respond. The first notification I have received of this case was your correspondences dated February 1, 2025. I have reviewed the complaint and have attached the recorded Front Foot Declaration. You will see the Document, which Ms. ******** a party, allows for three late charges to be applied.  I have also attached Ms. ******** payment history which show payments were not made in a timely fashion in 2024. .  Ms. ******** has made a partial payment this year and we have marked her account now as being on a Payment Plan so that she will not receive late fees.

    I hope this resolves the issues. If you have any additional questions, please dont hesitate to contact me.

    Thank you for responding, I appreciate the work that you did on my behalf, am sending the last portion of my payment with out those high interest ******** expectation would be if they go back 5 years and look at all of those high interest rate they have made me pay and refund it back to me.Realize I have been paying this bill for almost 20 years for what might come.The mortgage goes up and up,so escrow goes up,*** goes up yearly,then we have this utility bill bill with these high interest rate,and no work.There is not one problem that this company have been ask to provide from the time I bought this home in 2007.Most of my neighbors are not even aware of the reasons they are paying this. So with this I will be satisfied. Thank you!!
