I placed an order with AAM Competition on May 12, 2025 (Order #SO48538) for an AAM Competition 370Z Midpipe totaling $961.56. I received a confirmation email and an invoice (INV/2025/0205), and on May 15, I was sent a ***** tracking number (************) with the note that the item would ship the following Tuesday. That never happened. The ***** tracking still shows only Label Created and no movement to this day.Since then, I have sent multiple emails (on June 4th, June 22nd, June 25th, and again in July), all of which have gone unanswered. I also called multiple times during business hours with no answer or return call.Their original confirmation stated a 1020 day lead time due to custom build delays, which I completely understood. However, it has now been over 8 weeks with zero updates, no delivery, and no customer support. Ive asked for either confirmation of shipping or a refund if the part cannot be fulfilled and have received nothing in ********* this point, I am filing this complaint to request a formal resolution. I still want the part if they can deliver it immediately. But if not, I am requesting a full refund of $961.56 due to failure to fulfill the order or respond to inquiries.I am attaching:My order confirmation and invoice The original ***** tracking showing no activity Multiple follow-up emails requesting updates Thank you for your help in resolving this matter. ***** S*******Initial Complaint

On June 10 2025 I bought ECUTEK tuner for my Infiniti q60. Its roughly around $1100, on the website it states you can request a tune called burble that is free when requested. I emailed them asking them if that could be included. They never emailed me back. I reached out again asking of they could provide a tracking number for product. They never reached out or email me back. I just sent them 2 days ago and email requesting a refund as they can't provide me a tracking number or even a response or update. So I'm frustrated as this is setting up my project car back. I have already waited 13 business days and no response back this is ridiculous. I just want a refund at this point. And I will be letting friends and family know how bad this company customer service is. I try calling and the phone just rings. Oh and I'd like to add there email works cause they had charged me twice and I emailed them the very first time and they emailed me back saying it would drop. Which it did so that's not a problem, but when im asking for information about a product I just spent 1100 it's now a problem. I will be also be taking this to social media as well. I have a small following on tiktok and im tell them how horrible this experience was to warn *** not to buy unless they want to be ignored.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of resonated test pipes for a 370z in early May of 2025. I was told via email that the test pipes may take ***** days to be prepared before being shipped. After 30 days I reached out to AAM by phone, email and in person to get an update on my order. Multiple emails and phone calls later, I have received no response at all. When I showed up to the shop twice in person during their operating hours, no one was there to answer the door. After sending out yet another email requesting information on my order or a full refund of the $486.28, I still have not received a response. It is now the end of June 2025 and I have received nothing from ***. I have spoken to one of the neighboring businesses about the company and I was told that they rarely see anyone coming in or out of the building and if someone does come in its usually in the morning and they leave witching a couple hours after arriving. Normally it is one person coming in or out and when someone comes to their door, whoever is inside either ignores them or hides in the back pretending no one is there.Initial Complaint

In December 2023, I brought my 1995 ****** Skyline GTR (R33, RB26DETT) to AAM Competition in Odenton, MD after the car began stuttering and blowing black smoke. I chose *** after speaking with the owner, **** ********, who assured me they had extensive experience with Skylines and the proper diagnostic tools to identify the issue. Based on that, I paid to have the car towed to their facility. What followed was months of poor communication, missed deadlines, and a complete failure to resolve a basic mechanical issue. After dropping off the vehicle in December, I received almost no updates. In early 2024, I finally got an email stating there was an issue with the coil packs and wiring harness, and they were sourcing parts. I was told this would take time, so I remained patient. However, from February to May 2024, I repeatedly tried to call and email for updates with no response. Their phone system either rings indefinitely or goes to voicemail.Eventually, I was told the injectors were bad, so I sourced and delivered OEM replacements myself. After that, they blamed the alternator, which I authorized them to replace. By late 2024, **** called to say I hadnt been billed for anything and sent me an invoice for $4,800, which I paid the same day. Despite this, they still couldnt get the car running and claimed they were doing complex diagnostics on the ****** April 2025, after months of silence, **** called to inform me AAM was shutting down due to *** fines. I retrieved my car and sent it to a reputable shop in ****************. Within 10 minutes of arrival, they diagnosed and fixed the issue a simple popped intercooler coupler that AAM failed to identify in nearly five months.AAMs incompetence, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct caused me financial and emotional stress. I am filing this complaint to warn others and request formal accountability for their negligent handling of my vehicle.Initial Complaint

I purchased a tuning service from AAM Tuners (also known as AAM Competition) on 02/07/24 and have been completely ignored after multiple attempts to contact them for the services agreed on. Ive sent several emails over the course of months with no response. Their customer service appears to be non-existent at this point. Ive also seen numerous reports from other customers stating they have pending, unfulfilled orders and are receiving no communication from ***. This seems to be part of a broader issue with the companys current operations.I would like a full refund for the tuning serviceInitial Complaint

I bought a tuner from AAM Competition on Jan 16. They were quick the send the tuner through the mail but it has came unregistered. I have reached out to them multiple times to get them to register it but have been blocked from there website and refuse to answer my emails and calls. I spent 995 dollars plus shipping to not even receive my product use. Now it sits here without a purpose as I can't register it myself.Initial Complaint

I (***** *****) attached a screenshot of my latest email to the company (AAM Competition LLC) summarizing the timeline of events. They have had my car since October 24, 2023. They have received a total of $24,916.98 in payments ($18,416.98 from the warranty company ************* and $6,500). Since around May, they have been telling me that the engine is at an undisclosed "machine shop" and that the machine shop "is just running behind". Every single phone call update since May has been "I literally just talked to the machine shop, we should have the engine back in a couple of weeks," or, "Ah yeah I just spoke with them last week, they said it'll be done at the end of this month." But they refuse to disclose what machine shop my engine is supposedly at. In August of 2024 they have began dodging my phone calls. I have to use burner numbers to get a hold of them. I have sent friends to the shop, they give them the same run around, and then ghost. **** warranty is unable to get ahold of them. I believe something has happened to my engine block, they've sold it out from under me, or they are biding their time until they can declare bankruptcy.Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order, which has been significantly delayed. I placed an order for a turbo kit on February 19, 2024, and to date, the item has yet to be shipped.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including contact via email, virtual chat, and telephone, I have only received inconclusive responses that have not provided any resolution or further information. This lack of effective communication is highly frustrating and unacceptable. The prolonged delay and inadequate customer support are causing considerable inconvenience. I kindly request immediate clarification on the status of my order and a definitive shipping date. Additionally, I would appreciate information on any measures AAM Competition will take to prevent similar issues in the future. We**;d like the product to be delivered. Also, I**;m attaching some screenshots from conversations, receipt and proof of payment from the product.I hope you have a nice day, let me know if there**;s any *********** regards,
