    This place is almost fantastic. Great atmosphere, very nice waiter and DELICIOUS food. I ordered the ribeye steak sandwich, which i was happily stuffing my face with, when I found a little curly hair inside my sandwich. I showed the waiter the hair. He was very nice and ordered me another one, which someone else, (I think the cook) brought out for me. This time i was apprehensive to take a bite, so I looked really closely and found.... ANOTHER HAIR in a completely new sandwich. 🤢 After this happened, the rest of my family felt grossed out to eat their food too. The waiter seemed really embarrassed. I really don't blame him for this issue. I didn't want to make a scene/ ask for the manager, but I felt like they should make the whole bill free for that to happen twice in a row. All they did was take that one meal off the bill and gave us a very stale box of monkey bread. As he handed this bread to me, he joked "I hope there's no hairs in this." I looked around and realized many of the male workers had beards and no one had a hairnet or beard net, not even the person I believe was the cook. I could see many men with beards going in and out of the kitchen. Isn't this some kind if health code violation?? My bill was 102.23 dollars plus tip, and we are afraid to eat our leftovers. I believe it would be fair for my whole bill to be refunded.

    Tried calling customer 9/22 and 9/24. Voicemail box is full unable to leave a message. Cannot process refund with out payment information. Will try calling again 9/25

    Customer has been contacted and fully refunded. Managers were made aware to make sure this does not happen again and talk to tables if issues do occur. Incident happened at west ocean city location

    The manager reached out and was super nice, refunded me, and said they spoke to the kitchen staff about what happened and are changing the policy to make things right before a customer leaves the restaurant. I'm happy with this outcome and impressed with the customer service and her kindness over the phone.
