numerous unanswered complaints on file regarding delivery and customer service
issues. Most of the unanswered complaints allege unreceived orders after
payment and poor customer service when attempting to address these concerns. Over
the course of the investigation, BBB discovered the following:As of 6/20/2023, the business could not be reached to confirm the business
location, verify competency licensing, or identify key operating personnel.
Also, the business has not provided a formal response or action plan to address
