    I ordered these shoes my grandson wanted from this site and as you can see the amount does not match the amount taken from my account. The amount taken was $181.10. I have tried calling and can't get through, have emailed and all to no avail. I have no delivery of the shoes and no refund or even a call back. I guess I feel like they scammed me. I am on social security and don't have this kind of money to throw around.

    I am very happy,  the shoes I ordered finally arrived today even though I tried and tried to contact them.  I am very happy with them.  Thanks for your help.  Not sure I would have received them if not for your help.

    On July 19, 2025 I purchased shoes for $161.99 on www.jordanxofficial.com. I was sent a receipt and confirmation. The merchant sent me a photo of the shoes and a **** tracking information after the order was placed. They advertised that it takes at least 3 days for a package to ship. I followed up with **** when I noticed there was no movement on the package. **** informed me that the tracking number was invalid and they never picked up a package. I contacted the merchant again and they said **** has already picked up the package. When I look up the tracking number on the **** website it says a delivery date will be given when **** picks up the package. I reached back out to the merchant by phone and email to request a refund. I have even left voicemails. They have avoided my calls and not responded to my emails. I made the purchase on a **** Gift Card and have filed a dispute.

    My sons dad ordered him some shoes from here for back to school, however I went on the website to check the status by putting the order number in and the email used to place order. It said they were shipped and gave a shipping number that i instantly checked and stated that a label was created here in *********, Tx (weird.) A couple days went by (business days) and I kept checking same status showing. I Emailed the email address on the website that says email for help no response. So I called the number as well, they didnt answer the first time and its a cellphone. I called right back they answered I told him the issue he asked for the order number I gave it he said yes they were shipped on July 16 its is almost a week and not showing on your end you have to give it a few more days thats why. It should start showing a different status when you check it again in a few days. Huh?
