    Horrendous business. They lied to me about what was needed and what they would do beforehand and then the technician came to my house yelled at me in front of my child and left. Never again.

    This company Wright Refrigeration of New Carrollton MD. is not at a reliable or customer friendly company. They were assigned by AHS to repair an ice maker. First of all, they never called to schedule an appointment, I had to call AHS to have them schedule one. They finally showed up and replaced a part, but the ice maker still wasn't making ice. I texted the company and called AHS once again to have them set up an appointment, but after almost 72 hours, they never contacted me so I called AHS to report that they had made no attempt to schedule an appointment, I also informed them of similar complaints on other sites. AHS finally contacted the company (Wrisayight Refrigeration) to ascertain what the hold up or problem was and they responded to AHS saying that they could not fix it. Now instead of notifying me or AHS immediately, they never contacted either of us. I would be still waiting if I hadn't called AHS again to follow up.

    Even after reading the complaints about the company to AHS they were still trying to send the same company out. They, AHS, need to do a better job of screening their contractors. Its been eight days since I requested service on my non working ice maker and it is still not working.

    These people put an old used ice maker in my freezer Twice and they put in an old used fridge temperature control knob in my fridge and it’s been less than 2weeks and neither work right now.
