This company is making threats, harassing me and other tenants and also now suing me when I simply want to terminate the contract due to the stress and anxiety the working relationship has been. They will not allow me to and instead intend to sue me as they threaten to do my tenant in which he elected to not work with this company due to the harsh reality they are driven solely off of monetary means and do not provided quality services or care about clients. The company is stating, terminates without cause, the agent is entitled to compensation equal to 50% of the rents due from the termination date through the agreements term. Additionally, any advertising and other costs expended by the agent must be reimbursed. Please let me know how youd like to proceed regarding this matter." This property was not properly managed and did not produce any rent so why I am being sued also 50% of an empty unit would be 0$ I am uncertain where they are coming up with this figure and no itemized list of any actions that have done to attempt to procure a tenant.

To: Better Business Bureau                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Subject: Response to Complaint Filed by Mr. ***** ******

    Dear BBB Representative,
I am writing in response to the recent complaint submitted by Mr. ***** ****** regarding our property management services and his assertion of dissatisfaction with our contractual engagement. We categorically refute the claims made in Mr. ******* complaint, as they are not only factually inaccurate but also inconsistent with the contractual obligations and the documented correspondence between both parties.

    Background and Contractual Terms
On September 19, 2024, Mr. ****** signed a ******************* Agreement with The PMs of the City LLC, wherein he agreed to the terms outlined for the management of multiple properties. The signed agreement, specifically under the Termination clause, clearly states that a termination fee would apply should either party discontinue services before the agreed-upon term. Mr. ******* as signatory, acknowledged and accepted this clause.

    Voluntary Acknowledgment of Fees Owed
On March 7, 2025, Mr. ****** communicated via email with me and my staff (Ms. ***** ***** and Ms. ******* ******), in which he acknowledged the termination of one of his property management contracts and agreed to pay the termination fee in four installments beginning April 15, 2025. The following excerpt from his email confirms his understanding and agreement:
The termination fee for ******** **** will be divided into four payments, starting April 15, 2025, and concluding July 15, 2025. Payments can be made through your owner portal in **********************start="1884" data-end="1887"> Dr. ******** ******-****, summarizing a verbal agreement confirmed in writing and not disputed by Mr. ************* no point in his written reply did Mr. ****** object to or contest this arrangement. In fact, he responded affirmatively, saying:
Thanks so much, sounds like a plan.
    ***** ******* March 7, 2025
This unambiguous acceptance demonstrates Mr. ******* full awareness of and agreement to the charges associated with early termination.

    Response to the Complaint
The complaint submitted by Mr. ****** misrepresents the situation and omits his own role in terminating the contract and the corresponding financial responsibility he voluntarily acknowledged. Our firm acted in full compliance with the contract terms and has maintained professional and timely communication throughout our engagement.

We respectfully request that the BBB review the signed agreement and email documentation (copies available upon request) which clearly support our position and invalidate Mr. ******* claims. We also request that the complaint be marked as resolved in favor of the business due to the complainants contractual obligations and written acknowledgment of the fees owed.
Please feel free to contact me directly should you require any further documentation or clarification.
    Sincerely,
    Dr. ******** ******-****, *************start="3254" data-end="3257"> CEO & Broker
