5 starsWe were so very pleased with the fence installation by Fence and Deck Connection. It actually exceeded our expectations. Candidly when I sought estimates your company was not the lowest submitted estimate. However, I was so impressed with the sales presentation and the preparation prior to installation that Fence and Deck Connection that it was an easy choice. Your installation team was exceptional. I would highly recommend your company.

5 starsThe entire crew at Fence and Deck Connection was professional and top notch. They arrived on time and stayed until the job site was compete and ready for the next day. We are very happy with our new deck and our backyard.

1 starSigned a contract with them for a fence and stairs to add onto my deck, decent price. The fence crew came out and during the digging they broke a pipe that runs from my well. The plumber came out and fixed it, $855. Well fence and deck expects me to pay for this! All day no water and helping the plumber out where I could and I am paying for this. Find yourself another company, I promise you will save yourself some trouble.Fence & Deck Connection, Inc.

Ms. ********************* are truly sorry for hitting the well line. We understand how frustrating and disruptive this situation must be, and we want to assure you that this is not an outcome anyone wantsneither you nor our team.
As part of our standard protocol, we contacted Miss Utility prior to the start of your project. However, as is common with private utility lines, such as well or irrigation lines, they are not marked by Miss Utility. We try to go to great extremes to let clients know they need to mark 3rd party lines as we have no idea what is under the ground.
Additionally, the fact that the pipe was only 16 inches below ground is atypical and not consistent with standard installation practices. As referenced in the signed contractinitialed during your consultation with our sales representativeclients are responsible for marking any third-party lines to help prevent such occurrences.
At Fence & Deck Connection, we strive to avoid these types of situations and take them very seriously. While we are not responsible for unmarked lines, we want to be fair and cooperative. As a goodwill gesture, we are offering to contribute $500 toward the repair cost.

5 starsI'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Fence and Deck Connections. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a clear passion for delivering outstanding results.
The Sales Representative was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all my questions. His guidance made my decision to choose them for my deck installation a no-brainer. He's a true asset to their business!
The scheduler was equally pleasant and helpful, ensuring a seamless process from planning to execution.
But what truly blew me away was the installers' impeccable workmanship. My new deck is stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are traits that every vendor should strive for.

5 starsWe just had to share how pleased we were with Fence & Deck Connection. We had used them in the past for a screened porch and some fencing work and were always impressed. This time they exceeded even our highest expectations. It all starts with talking to an experienced salesperson (Eddie) that listens to understand your needs and then laying out various options and pricing for each. Next, a Project Manager makes a site inspection to ensure all measurements are correct and that the project is ready to begin -- thanks Bill for your insights. Then on the day of the installation, they sent what must have been their best crew, I was told they are all this good. These guys were heads down and focused on their work. When it was completed every detail was correct and it looked great! Then Bill, our Project Manager comes by for his own inspection. This company and their staff should be commended. This is the way to run a business! I'll always refer friends and family to Fence and Deck Connection. They are the BEST!Fence & Deck Connection, Inc.

5 starsMy experience with Fence & Deck Connection was nothing short of great! From the first time I met with Chris and gave him my vision of what I wanted, there was one obstacle in my yard, but Chris came up with a solution to work around that. I think it took less than an hour for him to get the estimate to me and I was very satisfied with the price. A few days later, Jimmy showed up to take pictures and measurements and explained to me everything that would take place. Little did they know at the time, my neighbor approves permits for the town and she expressed how professional they were and everything was in order and she never had to reach back out to them. On the first day the crew worked through the rain until about 3pm when the rain just became too much. The next day was a complete washout, out of their control, so no work could be performed. However, the next two days the crew worked late into the day to finish. They power washed the deck and cleaned up the yard whereas you could never tell that a work crew had been there. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my new deck! I would recommend Fence & Deck Connection to anyone and want to thank everyone involved for the great job!Fence & Deck Connection, Inc.
