            On 12/16/18, I had 1-2 inches of water in my basement. I contacted my insurance company (State Farm), but no one could come out until the next day. My grandson, via the internet, contacted "New Beginnings Restoration Of Baltimore", and I spoke to Donald B., who said he would be there in a few hours. The first contract had a begin date of 12/16/18 and end date of 1/21/18 **shb 1/21/19, estimate of $3,500, with additions of repairs on the back. He gave me another contract a few days later with the begin date of 12/16/18 and again with the end date of 1/21/18, ( which I did not realize until later), estimate of $5,000. Donald was paid over $14,000 and paid for work not done, done incomplete, doors not closing or falling off and now "MOLD". What work was done was not finished until February of 2019. I had contacted Donald right after to do a walk through, which he never got back to me. Have texts from 2019 - 2020 attempts for him to fix or repair. Have copies of everything.
