On March 21st of 2025 I had went to Ron's Automotive in ************* via appointment. The vehicle in question is a 2007 ***** Colorado , and the advertisement boasts it has a 3.7 L 5 cylinder engine...which it does not, there's no way to just look at it and identify it without taking pieces off the vehicle, there's significant rust issues with the structural integrity of the vehicle I was not informed of, and have put together that they sold it to me as I live in ** because Maryland wouldn't make it legal and PA they could sell it as. The advertisement also boasts a free 6 month warranty they did not give me, I have the saleswomen saying she quit because of shady business practices and she wouldn't have sold it to me if she knew about the frame issue. The amount of the vehicle is 3420, after all the financing and fees the very end number is 8000 for something that's not worth the down payment , and will cost more than the cars worth to have repaired. I have reached out to the lot, they offered no help. The advertisement also says has smooth and comfortable suspension and has lots of life left which is also false. The suspension system is completely rusted out, and any car buyer knows once the grams rusting the vehicle is no good. Now I have not made the first payment to the car lot yet and actually still owe them a difference of $300 which , so they wanted $2000 dollars down, said it cost 1800 to finance, etc. I have pictures, conversations and totals of the complete numbers and the advertisement which I saved also says no dealership fees which I find to be also a false statement looking at the paperwork. There's no reason a 3000 vehicle should be 8000 paid in the end is excessive to me, they acted strange about not telling the lien holder how much they added this 1800 fee, I'm not paying another dime for this vehicle and would like to return it and have my $1700 down payment returned to me. It will not allow me to upload my photos I have says my images are too big

Was sold a warranty, that should have never been sold, due to the truck being lifted to much. The warranty company denied my claim for the transmission that needed to be replaced. I had to pull a loan out of my 401k to pay for the transmission. My girlfriend had to take money out of her tax return to pay for the rental car that we had for 3 weeks. The total for the rental car was $1,660.00. the total cost for the transmission was $7,807.58. Business Contact Person Name: **** financial person

2 weeks ago my son purchased a car which he believed 1. His co signer would be cosigner only. 2. They charged him triple the price and took advantage of his age and experience 3. Changed the contract and lied on the application to the bank

I purchased a ****** Kicks from Ron's Automotive May 11th 2023, for ******. On May 12th **** the salesman agreed to meet me in **********, halfway point to pick car up. He told me he was an honest person and never sold a bad car to anyone. Also told me at the dealership all calls are recorded, and one time he had to call someone on his cell phone to tell them not to buy the car, because it was a bad car. Red flag, yes but made me feel like he wouldn't sell me a bad car. He rushed me to get into ****** while I was looking at car to sign the papers. I did feel like he was trustworthy. We drove home and my daughter took car through car wash and after pulling out realized there was a hole in fender and chip in windshield. I immediately sent photos to **** he would not respond to my messages I took the car to autobody shop in **, they said it had been wrecked and fixed poorly. I contacted dealership, and they said they had no record of it being wrecked. I asked for intake inspection report no one was able to get that for me. They all just kept passing the ***** I finally agreed to let them fix the car, even though I had reservations about the work they would do, since this car passed inspection and it wasn't noticed or that they fixed it there and thought I wouldn't notice. We have never got to the bottom of that. I drove car to Maryland May 19th and they gave me a loaner car at no charge. I took a report from autobody shop in ** as I was told so they could fix it the right way. They were to replace front bumper cover (it was barley on the car) and fix fender, They sent me pictures of the car it clearly wasn't fixed the way it should have been, they put mud and painted did not even remove the parts to paint. I said that was unacceptable, they agreed to fix the car again, still not the right way but cosmetically better this time. I had to put 1000 mile on car driving back and forth and was told I would be compensated for the mileage $300 since I had warranty it would be easier that way, then adding 1000 miles when warranty was up. I have way more to tell.
