On 7/14/2023 BBB initiated an investigation into Just Golf Carts to research the numerous unanswered complaints concerning refund/exchange and customer service issues. These complaints allege consumers either did not receive products they paid for, or experienced excessive and ongoing delays in processing their refund requests.
As of 8/2/23, Just Golf Carts has not responded to BBB’s communications.
BBB has not been able to confirm the business’ corporate structure, licensing, or a valid complaint handler.
