    I had an office visit and my doctor recommended a shingles vaccine. Due to Covid, medical billing was out of service, so I paid for the vaccine with a credit card $205. My insurance paid for the vaccine, which gave me a credit of $205. I had an office visit, which deducted $78.33 from that amount leaving a credit of $126.67.
    I have talked to Cheryl in Billing a number of times and she acknowledged that I have a credit of $126.67. I have requested a refund check for more than a year. According to Cheryl, it has to be approved by the Administration Director. Cheryl says she has left copies with the request on his desk multiple times, no results. I personally sent a letter to the Director Ron ******** on August 21, 2022. No response.
    My insurance changed more than a year ago and I have zero co-pays. There is no chance that I will ever use this credit to pay for medical service.
    Due to the virus, I can understand delays, but this has been going on 2 years now. Parks Associates acknowledges they owe me money, but are not issuing a refund. I am due a refund of $126.67.

    This refund was requested during the COVID period when the office was short staffed and working to manage competing priorities. However, now that we have become aware of the request, a check was issued today to satisfy the complaint.
