We decided to use this company for a tree removal in our back yard based on the great reviews. The work was done right but they damaged our newly done turf we had put in. We spent a lot of money to get the whole back yard done recently and the first thing we said both to the estimator and the guys that came to cut the tree down is to cover up around the base of the tree and around. The guys were supposed to come around noon on a Saturday and give me an hour heads up because I was working. They showed up at 9am without the heads up while I was busy and could not monitor the work. I managed to take 10 min out and explain to them that I'd like them to cover around the tree once again and they said they will which is all on the cameras. I went back inside and about an hour later I went to check on the progress while they did not cover at all and damaged the turf on multiple places by placing their chainsaw directly on it which melted it. I've called the office 30 times without exaggerating and I've spoken to the office secretary about 10 times and was promised to get a call from the owner or the estimator to get everything fixed but they don't respond anymore nor seem like they care. It's been 4 months now. At this point we've been very patient and have no intentions on waiting any more. I'm in the contracting business my self and if there is an issue at one of our job sites and the customer is not happy my priority, as a business owner, would be to resolve it as soon as possible or atleast keep the customer in the loop of what is happening. Very disappointed by the way they have been handling this and extremely unprofessional.
