On August 22, 2024, I order 18 Cream of Crab Soups (12oz) from G&M Restaurant. Cream of Crab Soups cost $13.00 each, and my total was $330.55, including shipping and handling, tax, and reward points. On August 23, I received two ***** boxes, one box had twelve of Cream of Crab Soups and the second box had six of Cream of Crab Soups. The Cream of Crab Soups came in a transparent plastic container. Inside each of the boxes was an insulated foam box. I opened one foam box and saw that one of the Cream of ********************* had one or two holes in it where some of the Soup had spilled inside of the foam box and on other undamaged soup containers. At that time, I wiped off spilled soup from the damaged container and I wiped off the other two or three of the undamaged containers. After doing so, I opened the second foam box, and the same thing happened one of the *************** had a crack in it that had spilled inside the foam box and on the undamaged containers. On August 25, I filled out a claim with three options number #1 I dont remember what it stated, option #2 you can request reimbursement payment, or option #3 you can get a replacement of the order. I selected option #3. On September 6, I called G&M Restaurant and spoke to ******. I told ****** about my claim and he told me that I was being an UNREASONABLE person to ask for six orders of Cream of Crab Soups that were not included in the first replacement order #*******. I asked ****** if could I speak to another manager or if could I get the owners information. ****** told me to contact ROUTE company, and I tried to tell him that I did, but he was over-talking me and told me again that I was an unreasonable person, and then, he said that he does not talk to an unreasonable person, and then he hung the phone up on me. I am requesting an investigation be conducted regarding a refund of six Cream of Crab Soups.

I purchased a 24 oz. crabcake tub on 08/24/2024 for $84.80, and I took it home and placed it in the freezer and the product was still sealed. When it was thawed today 08/28/2024 it was unsealed and the product was spoiled. I called the restaurant and was told they do not offer refunds when there are any issues with their products.
