      They are one of the worst to try to contact. We are a provider that is trying to get on the panel with out own lab. The appliction form is very confusing so not sure how to get a lab added. Provider noticed that the lab was not on the contracts so I responded to the email and requested assistance and never heard back and no other contact info was provided. Reached out a second time becuase I know its impossible to contact someone via phone. Heard nothing. Finally had to call and got someone that was on the struggle bus and counld wrap their head around what I was requesting and had to explaine it to her several times. She then took the info and submitted it to whoever it goes to and couldnt give any timeframe as to when they should be reaching out. Literally the worst. When do we bring back customer service? When do we start requiring people to do their jobs? What a joke. I would never opt into this insurance as a customer knowing how they handle the provider side and will let everyone I know that is considering vision insurnace that ****** ******** is not it.

      Though the customer service representatives were polite, they provided LITTLE to NO support. I submitted a claim online, I waited 6 weeks for a response to the claim. After several calls and long waits, I was told the claim had been processed and they paid a penny, 1 cent. They processed the claim and closed it because they said I hadn't uploaded a receipt which I had and received a submittal confirmation verifying that. I was told that since the claim had been processed that my dependent had used up her eye exam benefit and would not be eligible for an exam for another year. My question to the rep was Why or How could you process a claim without a receipt? I was finally told to resubmit a claim that I was told they processed. Well, I resubmitted, we'll see what happens, but I'm not holding my breath. Again, if they didn't receive a receipt, 1) how could they process the claim, 2) not notify me that they didn't receive receipt to process? I will be contacting my company's corporate office recommending they replace Superior Vision with another provider. This is unacceptable. I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating!

      Good luck with customer no-service! I'm a provider trying to get our patient's glasses done but the website has a glitch and the order can't be submitted. I called seven times and no one was able to help me and a couple of them hang up on me. All day dealing with this horrible company. What is going on with this company? How is it possible that they can not resolve the issue?
