On 10/13/2023 I purchased a 2015 **** ******** from Leonardtown Ford. Down Payment and tag/title cost me $4,120 Financing was through *********** ******* FCU. I was contacted via phone by Finance Manager ******************* two buisness days later on 10/16/2023 who informed that financing had fallent through and I needed to either put more money down or agree to a higher monthly payment. On 10/17/2023 I returned the car and keys to Leonardtown Ford and stated I would not agree to new contract terms for higher payments. When I began reading and questioning the higher APR and inflated monthly payments on the new contract, said contract was promptly snatched away from me by *****. I was NOT allowed to read the new contract. I communicated that I no longer wanted the car under ANY terms. An irate ***** insisted she was going to "push the original financing through." ***** consulted with the General Manager who said I could leave. I asked if the cashier will refund my the $4,120 and I was told by **** that she would "mail me correspondance." (I have recieved none) The sales consultant called shortly thereafter asking if I would recieve the car if they could get the original financing. I conveyed that I no longer want the car under any circumstances. After 1 week I began calling **** asking for reimbursment of funds. All calls and messages have thus been ignored. I recieved banking and credit reports of a new auto loan with ******* FCU opened on 10/27/2023. I have disputed the $4,120 transacton with ************ and the ******* loan with **********. I have also been in contact with ******* FCU. I believe Leonardtown Ford is breaking the spot financing law: Maryland Code Transportation section 15-311.3 I would like my $4,120 returned in full as I do not have possession of the vehicle. I returned the car within 24 hours. I had no obligation to sign their yo-yo contract. It was uncouth of Ford to seek financing with ******* after I terminated the deal in person on 10/17/2023.

On 4 March 2023, I took delivery of the 2022 **** I have financed with ***** ******** ******* Credit Union. I was crystal clear that the paperwork had to be submitted timely and accurately as the lienholder will be asking for the title if they don't receive it. Today, as identification, I was asked to show the registration for the vehicle (thank goodness it wasn't law enforcement but a shop adding an accessory wanted the registration evidence as I dropped it off for work to be done).. The address you have on the MD temporary registration is INCORRECT. It is not even close to what I provided on all of the paperwork. The driver license # isn't even correct on the temporary registration ID. I checked all of the other paperwork. It has my correct address of *** **** ****** Middletown, NJ *****. The temporary registration you sent (I'm overnighting a copy) has some bogus address for "** * ****" in "Moonachie, NJ" with some weird zip code. There is some weird number under the DL field. I provided not only my Driver's License photo to 3 different individuals and my insurance ID card, and you still ended up screwing up the temporary tag with some information that isn't even remotely close to mine. Again.. The correct name and address (which is what I have provided on all ID and paperwork submitted) is Mark ******* **** *** **** ****** Middletown, NJ ***** You have 8 hours from the receipt of this e-mail to send me a correct temporary registration and most importantly, assurance that the title / paperwork for NJ was submitted with the correct address above and that you aren't submitting the nonsense on the MD temporary tag you provided me. You're lucky the vehicle hasn't been impounded and if I end up in any legal trouble resulting from an incorrect registration that doesn't align with my insurance and license, I will be getting an attorney. I'm a patient man, but this type of incompetence is ridiculous.
