This is what they have on their website but i have never experienced that for the two years i have taken my three children there and yet it has been on different occasions. This particular location the receptionists and the techs or nurses are rude and talk with so much insensitivity, I guess they choose and pick who they want to be kind to too. last night they made me wait from 9;30 to 12 ;20 when i was discharged, the doctor only came in for like 10 minutes and she was rushing to leave because of course they were closing and had already put their jackets on and turned some of the lights off. yes, my son had cough and running nose and it does not mean anything to you but at least do something to make feel like am receiving care not just brushing it off because you don't think it's something worth coming to urgent care for because at the end of the day you are going to charge my insurance for the 2 and half hours of waiting. worst team and treatment given on Friday the 3rd of November 2023. They keep telling patients that waiting time is 4 hrs. which made most patients to leave which i should have done because that is what they wanted. i do not come to you because are the only urgent care but because the person that referred me to you told me you were good otherwise there so many other places to take my children for care. This was wrong and bad patient care. laurel pm pediatrics!! my children get cough almost all the time and am not bringing them to you every time they have cough and running nose so the fact that i brought this child means that as a mom i saw something different so you cannot just dismiss my feelings like am stupid. i had things to do but put them on the side and came but yet you treated me like a beggar and worse than you would treat homeless person. this was not the first time but by far the worst time.
