    Last year AAMCO in Laurel, Md replaced my transmission. It is currently under a lifetime warranty, however on June 1st of this year (2025) the transmission failed and was towed to the Laurel, MD location on June 2nd for repair under the warranty. I was informed they ordered a new replacement transmission and it should be delivered and ready for pick up in 4 days, that never happened. I have called, left several messages, went by the shop only to be told the person that is working on my car is not in, he will call back or hes working from home. Never heard of a mechanic who works from home before. He returns my calls or text with a can I call you later. Same exact text each time. Here it is July 17th, no car, no call, no text, no transmission. This is beyond unacceptable and totally unwarranted. Can I please get a response and my car repaired and returned.

Gear is not smooth, Transmission issue.
