This guys towed my ****** cayenne 2020 did a damage while towing the car to the suspension. The ****** quoted me damages of 6760$ Fast lane dont want to take any responsibility and the guy that answered The call its super rude unprofessional and cursed its not the first time that this guys towing my car but this time they did. Fastlane Towing - This location at ****************************************************On June 27th, My car towing early morning don't show my permit and I hanger permit view window or view mirror. Got Nobody at office 3 customer waiting get service. One customer call again they said he on his way. Got there me 5 other customer in waiting in line get service. Went to car the permit hanger view window plan day. He said wasn't display if couldn't see permit they have copy record peoples who permit and registration and tag number make of my vehicle park . Get vehicle still have to pay $175.00 get my car pound. Late for work call *************** Condominium (HOA) make complaint Fastlane Towing. I woke up at 6am to head to work and noticed that my vehicle was missing. It was towed by Fast Lane Towing in ***************, **. They said that my parking permit was not valid, but in the attachment. It is out a clearly visible. While towing my truck, they caused damage to the front left bumper and back left bumper. The supervisor was unavailable to talk because he was out today. Damages were not there the day before. I can confirm this because I had washed my truck the night before. Also, I took an Uber to the address on file and it was the wrong address and had to walk to the tow yard in 90+ heat. This company has multiple complains for the same issue and should not remain in business.Initial Complaint

My car was towed by FASTLANE towing. There excuse was that there was a sticker put on my car 6 days ago! We all know when a sticker is put on your car for it to be towed those stickers are **** near impossible to take off. I get to the tow lot because I literally park next to this car EVERYDAY and never seen a bright orange sticker on my WINDSHIELD! I go to pick the car up and knowing how those stickers are I ask the guy to let me see the sticker which should still be on the car! Of course the sticker is not there but they show me pictures of it! FASTLANE TOWING is preying on people for money!Initial Complaint

I paid for parking in the apartment complex I entered my information in the parking app and they still towed my car. The pictures they took shows i was park directly in front of the parking sign, but the rude woman said the sign was a little off to the side which confirms I was in he visitors parking zone. The woman pretty much let me know that weather it was in the zone or not. She already had my car and I had to pay to get it back.Initial Complaint

My car was towed for an expired community sticker as per Bri at the ****** ******** of Fastlane Towing. When I called Bri was extremely rude to me. I explained to her that I live at the complex. *** stated it was not her rules she just enforces them. I asked to speak with someone higher than her, she said there is no one higher than her and that I can call whoever I want. When I asked why is she being rude and why does she have an attitude, she started to raise her voice even more saying that she is not going back and forth with me. I hung up as the situation was escalating over the phone and *** was being aggressive in her tone and statements. I called the central office they said that he could not give me the information to the owner. I explained to the guy that I am a teacher and my fianc is military and is on duty and that he had to get permissions from the Gunny to come and get me. The man gave me a number to a driver who does not manage the Laurel ******** named ****. I explained to **** that I did not feel comfortable going to the ******** with just Bri there. **** said that he cant do anything about it because she is the only one at the ******** and **** refused to go there when I needed to be serviced and said that he can have the police there. This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate for the situation considering *** was being aggressive towards me. Then **** said that he was going to record the conversation and I said okay, then he tried to start the conversation all over again which I told him he cannot do because we already had a conversation. I went to the leasing office at my complex and they recognized me still living there and having an active parking permit. My fianc took me to Fastlane Towing, and we still had to pay $175. After further investigation, the wrong information was written on my receipt stating that the car towed was a 2003 ***** Civic. My car is a 2013 **** ***************** was completely unprofessional and towed the wrong car.Initial Complaint

My vehicle was parked in visitor parking with a visitor placard overnight as I was petsitting for a friend. My vehicle was predatory towed overnight. When contacting the tow company, they advised I must pay $175 to my vehicle back. Looking through the history of this company, I am not the only one. I am looking for resolution on this. Fastlane towed my vehicle illegally on 3/26/23 at 2am in the morning from my apartment complex. According to my apartment lease, I can park 5 cars for free under pango parking (visitors parking). I only parked one car and it was towed. Fastlane company does not have any signs anywhere around my apartment complex as required by ******** law stating their company name, phone number, etc. I had to call many towing companies, including the previous towing company and eventually the police before I found out that Fastlane towed my car. I called Fastlane towing company and the guy named ***** was extremely rude, he said he was the boss and can do anything and he hung up the phone on me because I was asking him questions, he could not answer. This ***************** said to me, "you are lying, you can ******* cars under your name as long as you pay for it." This ***************** also claimed that they have signs all over my apartment when there was clearly not a single sign regarding this company or their presence in the apartment. I got my husband to call Fastlane towing again and ***** told my husband that Fastlane towing just started towing for my apartment about 3 months ago since they got the contract. I have made videos of my apartment complex showing ********** of any towing company sign boards even the old ones from the previous company.
