    On December 24th at approximately 3pm we arrived at Surf N Suds to wash our dirty laundry. Today happens to be Christmas eve and I noticed a hand-written notice at the door that said the laundry was closing at 4pm. I asked ****** ****** if we were okay to still do laundry she said yes as long as we dont fold. I told her that we werent going to fold. We never fold at the laundry. Throughout the time we were washing she approached me two more times, each time becoming more aggressive and irritated about us not folding our clothes because she wanted to go home. This was strange to me because the door was opened and she was still allowing people to come in and wash. There were also a few customers that were folding laundry and she said absolutely nothing to them. I told her that I understood and that we werent folding our clothes, once again. A few minutes later she got in my sisters face and told my sister that she couldnt dry her clothes beyond 30 minutes, mind you shes still letting customers enter that need to wash clothes. She was aggressive with my sister. This was the fourth time she confronted us about not folding laundry meanwhile there were a few people folding. We showed no intentions that we were going to stay and fold, weve been going to this particular laundromat over 7 years and have never folded at the laundry. After that incident, my sister went to the bathroom as I waited outside the door for my turn. I walk into the restroom and ****** ****** completely loses her temper! She walked into the restroom while Im about to close the door, grabs the doorknob handle from me. At this point were both in the restroom, shes screaming and shouting she then pushes her body into me. I was completely shocked by her actions. She pulls out her phone and tells me shes calling the police, which she does. She called them crying playing the victim and falsely accused me of putting my hands on her when she was violent with me. Management needs to reach out ****.
