    On Jan 31st, I contacted ****** of destroy pest about my discovery of mice from the basement security camera. And this is how all the interactions with ****** went:On Feb 2nd you came out to inspect and give an estimate. I explained how I have seen the mice in front of the basement security camera and heard them in the walls. You pointed out evidence of mice found behind the stove and in various places in the basement. I paid $425 in full for 6 months of treatment to deliver effective pest control and eliminate mice in my home. On March 1st I explained in great detail how my home was built and that I hear mouse in the walls of my house and the ceilings above the 3 bedrooms. You said you would check it out to make sure we get rid of the. When you came to do the inspection and treatment you refused. You made a theory that it is possibly a squirrel with no facts and no inspection. I called on Saturday, March 2nd, to request an inspection again, and you said okay but never showed up and never scheduled my next appt. On March 12th,I sent you a text message explaining poor customer service and lack of effective treatment and lack of a full inspection I received and requested a refund. I still hear mice in my ceiling, walls, and floorboards since Feb. 29th. On March 12th you replied *********** you paid for was rendered I can't refund you because you discover a new problem with squirrels. At no time since Jan 31st did I request services for squirrels. I paid $425 in full for 6 months warranty on Feb 2nd for effective treatment and inspection to rid mice from my home. ****** of destroy pest failed to provide a full inspection. Terminix, in business since 1927 confirms mice in the walls, in the floorboards, and ceiling. What ****** at destroy pest has done is robbery. Taking my $425 and refusing to provide effective mice extermination and a full inspection all while keeping my money. I have been scammed by this company

    Hired the company to solve for carpenter bees. The chemical used stained the siding on my home in several areas. The owner ****** has made several attempts to clean the stains, however, has only been successful in a couple of areas. This has been ongoing for approximately three months. The owner told me he filed a claim, but when I recently asked for the claim number, he told me he wasn’t filing a claim. Additionally, he said he’d replace the siding if he could not get the stains out, but is now saying he will not. I have pictures of how my home looked before and after. I also have neighbors as witnesses. He needs to make this right. I have an expensive investment and this is unacceptable to me as a homeowner.

    I’ve  been in contact with the company. They are trying to mitigate the issue.
