    This agent have very poor customer service. STAY AWAY !!! Theyre persistent with trying to obtain your business. However, when you find a cheaper quote of insurance, they are very nasty with responding to you or refunding your money.Especially, *************************** (sales agent) very persistent, but disrespectful, and unprofessional all in the same time. He called/texted me (4) times requesting for me to sign up providing insurance quotes. However, after I agreed and paid the deposit of $356.00 to start the policy. I called back to cancel no response therefore I drove to the office and ******************** me however **************** refused to meet with me and proceeded to yell at the top of his lungs at me from his office. I expressed to **********, the unprofessionalism his employee was displaying (yelling from his office). **** asked me to have a seat in the lobby and they will assist me. After waiting for 45mins-1 hour ************ return to the lobby letting me know it was 6:00p the office was closed and I had to leave without any assistance/confirmation on canceling policies. Prior to leaving I asked for documentation of proof of cancellation and ********** stated it will be done electronically and a refund will be received (3 weeks) has passed and Ive heard nothing.
