"after 9 years and never being late on a payment this company will not take any responsibility for their error i made a payment almost $500 on the 23rd of this month the lady admitted she was having trouble with her computer system as they regularly have trouble taking payments anyway they charged my card twice the 1st payment went through the bank stopped their attempt to charge me twice i was then told they didnt receive the money and would not send me a receipt 1st they said i had insufficient funds then they said it was my banks error they again asked me to go back to the bank again i took time to go back both the manager and regional vice president said my money had cleared and phill simmerer had been paid the man at the insurance office still refused to send me a receipt even though i gave them proof from the bank now they blame nationwide still no receipt i called each day since they did not follow up with me in the 2st 2 days i asked to speak with the owner 4-5 times on the 3rd day they asked did i want the owner to call me its a little late for that he should have immediately handled this the owner took time to write a lengthy response to a review but refused to call me about this i called again today they continued to speak over me blaming nationwide and then the manager laughed in my face i said you think this is funny i hung up and will follow up with every possible legal source i can until this horrible company gives me my receipt and admits i paid my bill please do whatever you can to make sure this company doesnt do this to another customer thanks"
