      I am filing a formal complaint against Fair ********************************************* (FCO) for reporting an inaccurate and unverifiable debt on my credit report. The account shows an unpaid balance of $1,000, tied to the original creditor SureDeposit, with a last activity date of May 15, 2025.I have already submitted disputes to the credit bureaus, and this account is now marked as "Account information disputed by consumer." However, FCO has failed to provide proper validation or documentation as required under FCRA 611(a). I have not received any original signed agreements, itemized charges, or legally sufficient proof that this debt is valid or that FCO is legally authorized to collect it.Additionally, the account is not being reported in compliance with Metro 2 standards, and there is no payment history or explanation of activity. This has caused significant damage to my credit score and financial reputation.If FCO cannot fully validate this debt with documentation from the original creditor, I request that the account be permanently deleted from all consumer reporting agencies. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate to the ***** FTC, and State Attorney General for willful noncompliance under **** 623.

      I am submitting this formal complaint against a debt collection agency that I believe is violating federal consumer protection laws, specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).On or around October 1, 2024, I noticed a collection account on my ********************** report from a third-party debt collector claiming to collect on behalf of The Point at ***************************************. I promptly disputed the alleged debt and requested proper verification under the FDCPA.The collector claims they mailed an Initial Validation Letter on June 17, 2024, and later mailed Verification of the Debt on October 28, 2024, which they say included the apartment lease contract and a resident ledger. They also allege that they sent these documents via email. However, I have not received anything by mail or email from this company that constitutes proper *************** date, they have failed to provide any original documentation or signed agreements that prove I owe this debt, nor have they demonstrated their legal authority to collect it. The documents they reference have not been made available to me and fall short of the legal requirements for debt validation.I also submitted a complaint to the ************************************ (Complaint ID# ****************, yet the collector continues to assert this unverified debt.This conduct is deceptive, potentially unlawful, and causes undue stress. I am seeking that the business cease all collection activity, provide full and proper verification of the alleged debt, or close this matter entirely if they cannot substantiate the debt. Additionally, I demand that this unverified debt be deleted from all consumer credit reporting agencies records to prevent further damage to my credit.

      I am not liable for this debt with fair collection and out , I do not have a contract with fair collection and out , they did not provide with original contract as requested, because they dont have one I never made contact with fair collection and out they are 1)defamation 2)negligence enablement of identity fraud 3)violations of the fair credit act , seeking deletion from the 3 credit bureau any information they have falsely put under my name.

      COLLECTION AGENCY is violating the Customer Name, they removed it from one bureau and did not removed it from rest of the bureaus.

      This collections agency is WILDLY incompetent and unprofessional. They ask you to send via mail your full social security, drivers license number, and address to dispute a fraud attempt - which is not something you should ask of anyone. I am unable to file a fraud report, so they plan to send to the credit bureau. They are degrading and rude on the phone, handle other customers while on the phone with you despite dealing with sensitive information and I'm not sure how to proceed.

      Invitation Homes and their collector, FCO, are attempting to charge me over $5,000 for fees that are either completely false or in violation of my lease. These include:A full deposit demand mid-lease, even though I had paid monthly for deposit *************** termination charges, even though I have documentation saying I wouldnt owe them.A premature late fee charged before the ***** period expired.A rent concession that was supposed to be split over 15 months which they invalidated and then penalized me for using.I also never received proper notice before eviction was filed. FCO denied my dispute without addressing any of my attached proof.I am requesting all charges be cancelled, all payments made be refunded, and my account cleared of ********************.

      This Collection is negativity impacting my credit report. The collection has been paid in full. The collection still remains on my account causing a significant effect on my credit score. I am ask for this creditor to remove this collection from my records. Thank you.

      Company Name: Fair ********************************************* (FCO)Date Assigned on Credit Report: 06/22/2023 Account Ending: *1356 Paid Amount in Full: $314 To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting this complaint regarding Fair ********************************************* (FCO) and their handling of the above-referenced account. I fully resolved this account by paying the balance of $314 in ******* the time this account became delinquent, I was experiencing an extremely difficult personal hardship I had recently lost my wife, who had been managing our household finances. This devastating event caused the account to fall past due, which was never my intention.Since paying the account in full, I have contacted FCO and requested a goodwill removal of this collection from my credit report, explaining the hardship and demonstrating my commitment to resolving the debt. Despite my efforts, FCO has declined to offer any assistance or resolution.I am respectfully requesting the BBBs help in asking FCO to either remove this account from my ********************** report or update it to reflect my good-faith efforts and the exceptional circumstances that led to the delinquency. This negative **** continues to cause significant harm to my credit standing, even though the debt has been fully satisfied and the hardship was both temporary and extraordinary.Thank you for your time, assistance, and consideration in helping me resolve this matter fairly.
