    On September 20, 2024 I, ****** ***** paid ********* ************ aka "Impact Diagnostic Lab and Health Services for a ****************************- DOT "Train the Trainer course in the amount of $250.00. I received an email at 5:07 that afternoon with DOT packet and class information including the time. On September 22, 2024 I logged into *************** at 2:02pm CST for a virtual "Train the Trainer" course. Myself and another student were late to this course, and **************** felt that she needed to reprimand myself with a class of other students for being late for logging in as I informed her I was only 2 minutes late, well In the email that was sent on September 20th detailing times it did not specify a time zone, as Impact Diagnostic Lab and Health Services is located in ******** with a EST zone. Class was resumed and concluded at approximately 3pm or shortly after, and then each student was to present back to her in the manner in which she instructed on and the highlighted topics. Out of 5-6 students that was online that day only one student presented to Mrs. ************* She was not concerned with the other students presenting their material back to her, but becasue myself and another student logged on late she was concerning and asked us to come back at 6pm to present to her, I was fine with that so that I could read over the material that was sent in the email previously. Unfortunately I was not ready to present at 6pm, and I sent Mrs. ************ a text message at 5:30pm CST asking if I could present another day because I myself am a business owner, and I had some interruptions that day and it was taking me more time to read over the material. Mrs. ************ sent me a text message back stating "You don't need to present to me I am fine". Assuming that she was going to go against *** rules and regulations as she did the other students, I was expecting a certificate received no certificate nor a refund, hung up on me, and wont respond.

    Good afternoon,..

    AS she mentioned she is required to do a presentation mock competency in order for her to receive her certificate. She also told the truth, she agreed to come back at 6pm yo present. At exactly 6pm she texted and said she wasn't ready. 

    She has attended class, received Training she doesn't deserve a refund. She needs to complete her demonstration in order to receive her certificate. 

    ****** ***** can schedule a mutual time to complete her presentation and she will receive her certificate.

    I have completed my obligations by teaching and making myself available. 

    She needs to let us know when she is available to complete the mock. 

    She may also need to schedule a paid session since she wasn't available at the allotted time. I made myself available to her but she had so many excuses.

    In addition to our previous note, ****** ***** went ahead on social media to share false information about this situation by defaming our character. I just want this to be on record as I have fulfilled my obligations but she inturn share false news and posted negative post about our business which we would like to bring to your attention as well. Id the post aren't deleted, we may have to press charges as Mon of these allegations are true

    I do not wish to pursue any further classes or do business with ********* **** AKA Impact Diagnostic Labs. Shes unprofessional and lacks empathy in anyone who works a full-time job and schedule and shes not willing to work with her customers. As a customer I have paid my monies to her and she she work with people accordingly, but shes in such a rush to get peoples money and then she rushes you through the course. Now if you can see from the **** documents I sent she clearly states I dont need to present, I am fine are her exact statements but then she goes back and her word when she gave me a date and time that I clearly could not present on that day due to working my fulltime 12 hour shift so I asked for another date and some more time to present in a fashionable way in which she would be comfortable enough to issue me a certificate and not just issuing DOT certificates out to any incompetent person. I do not wish to have any further dealings with this business as this has already created a hostile situation. ********* **** blocked me from contacting her in any way via social media, phone, email, etc. but now she wants to do business with me again. No this is not the way to run or do business with anyone. I would like a full refund of my $250.

    ********* **** is known for being extremely rude and Im not the first ****** whom has had issues with her taking their monies and never receiving their certificates. She scammed a nurse practitioner In ******* ***** and then blocked her from all social media sites and any form of communication.

    We don't offer refund and you have taken all the trainings thereafter. You must find a time out of your busy schedule to do your presentation. That is the arrangement. You were supposed to return the second time for a presentation best way to communicate is via email, reaching out to schedule your presentation. You are not entitled for a refund. You have taken the training and it is always on merit.
