      I recently paid for 3 years of web hosting in the amount of $538. The term began on January 11, 2022. Since renewing, service has continued to decline to the point that I cannot access my sites and it takes hours or days for issues to be resolved. In the meantime, I have moved all of my sites off of the DailyRazor servers to another reliable host that I have had none of the same issues with. According to Daily Razor's many service guarantees: - Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We guarantee our service! If you’re not 100% satisfied with the level of service provided, you are covered under our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee and 90 Days Satisfaction Guarantee. - 90 Days Satisfaction Guarantee Not 100% satisfied? Cancel within 90 days for refund no questions asked. - If you cancel your hosting plan after 30 days but within 90 days of sign up you do not get full fund BUT you will get partial refund for the unused/remaining number of days left in the billing cycle purchased less any domain name registration/transfer/id protection ssl certificate dedicated ip address or excess usage fees. - Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Today I requested that my account be cancelled and that a pro-rated refund be issued in the amount of $507. I was told: Hello, Your service is past the 30 days money back guarantee period. If you want to proceed with cancellation, your cancellation will process as the end of the service's current term which is 01/11/2025. Please confirm. Alternative, we can move your hosting service to another server and stake steps to resolve the issue you're face. Let us know you want to proceed. Regards, -- Customer Service Website: www.DailyRazor.com Email: [email protected] I wrote back reminding them of their guarantee and now they sent me another form email saying that someone will get back with me tomorrow. I want my account cancelled effective TODAY, 14 March 2022 and a refund for the amount of $507 issued immediately. Thank you.

      I have been hosting my sites with DailyRazor for over 3 years now with no shortage of frustration and disappointment. They do not stand behind their 99.999% uptime guarantee and, depending on who you are dealing with in customer support, they do not come across as "experts" in the field. They have a great price and a super package -- when it works. If I could find a different affordable and robust ColdFusion web host, I would in a heartbeat. I spend a lot of time opening support tickets for issues that should not exist in the first place and have to deal with clients whose sites are constantly offline and/or giving errors. This is not professional or reliable and costs us business while tarnishing our reputation. If DailyRazor could get its act together and do what it claims, all would be well. It just leaves me feeling that "you get what you pay for."
