Stanley D. Plotnick is Chairman of Encore Marketing, International. Creghton Holden is listed as president of the Encore program. According to the company, the controlling stockholders of Encore Marketing International are also the controlling stockholders of Credit Card Protection Agency, now operating as Innovattive Direct, which is located at the same address as EMI.
