      Went to this location on July 2 to have my hair braided. Before arrival I made a $30 deposit which was requested from business owner in order to lock in appointment.When I arrived at the salon for my 8 am appointment on July 3, no one was there (shop was closed) I received a text and a voice message from owner she had an appointment she wasnt aware of and had to reschedule my appointment til 10 am. I drove just about an hour and a half to get there so I waited.When owner finally arrived, very nice lady with many apologies. Anyway she started to prep hair so she could began service I requested, while on her phone trying to find someone to help her complete my hair because she had another client coming in at 1 pm. Told me she wanted to find help to get me finished faster. When someone else arrived to help her with my hair, it was a quiet lady that worked much slower than the owner. You could tell she wasnt to experienced.When finished I paid owner and left. $230(total was $260 ( I had already paid $30 for deposit).July 4 was a holiday. July 5 reached out to owner to let her know I was disappointed with my hair and sent pictures. She told me to come in on Monday July 8 at 3. Wanted to come in much sooner, however she told me she had no availability.When Im sitting in the parking lot of her location I got a text/ voice mail saying she is in the hospital. When I arrive at her location on July8 she wasnt there/location ********* that point I requested a refund and she agreed to refund some of my money. After going back and forth with her apologies and me not willing to keep driving over an hour for her to not be available.She agreed to give me a partial refund that day. She said when she left the hospital she would send refund. Still till this day nothing. I sent her another message and no response at this point. Attached are some pictures and the messages with her agreeing to give me a partial refund.
