  Apartment Services Inc DONT CARE! I have had 5 floods since Feb 2020. As a result I kept smelling a strange smell. Like rotten vegetables. They dismiss it "stating there is no mold in your unit" Even after the vanity was covered in mold they still denied it. Moving forward there has been an area in the bathroom ceiling. It looked like mold under the tape the place over it.Sure enough mold/fungus/bacteria was identified in the specimen..If you think things would get better. Naw worse. I noticed a brown area again near the taped up area. A crew was sent out to take a look. Well that look turned into a Gut Out. As the gentleman cut the sheet rock water came dashing down.The guy was shocked. He had to call for assistance. To top things off I forwarded two money orders to Apartment Services Inc PO Box..I sent $1000. In which I have don't several times before. To maintain my credit cards under 30% I desired to only pay the remaining balance due ($265) on my credit card. WELL the corporate office sent them back via carrier to my leasing office."Stating we don't accept partial payments". The office manager look at my payment history and did acknowledge I hv done this before. I feel this is plain old retaliation..So I'm keeping all information until a later date. I hv tried to get *** or *** ** news so that this issue don't hard anyone else as it has me. Please advise

  Apartment services seems fine at first . For my experience they are scams and look for people to try and take to court . Rent was a good price , but I moved in during a Special promotion at the time it was move in and your first month is free. So I moved in and I got a letter from the court saying I didn’t pay my rent so I went to leasing office to see if they could help . They did no thing to help even though they lied to me when applying.so I ended up moving out they lied and said I messed up apartment . I wasn’t even there for a year I cleaned apartment Thourough and even cleaned the carpets . They ended up taking me to court and had my checks garnished due to them lying . Please watch certain apartments through this company . I would never use this app again . Horrible

  Seniors Beware! As a loyal tenant, I was satisfied with Windsor House Apts. It wasn't unil the housing (Section 8) invaded the grounds with out of control loudness, marijuana/drugs, and trash in the hallways. This made many tenants rethink their stay at this development, even me. After the plandemic, Apartment Services, Inc. increased my rent by an additional $300. They posed an error on one hand and on another, the senior discount was discontinued. I wrote them and told Corporate that they could not increase my rent during a mid-leasing period; I only had 5 months before the new lease would start, and I wanted to leave but was unable to find decent housing at an affordable price...so I stayed. Because I wouldn't bow down to Corporate and pay that ridiculous $300; which later the judge waviered in court, they made my stay miserable. First, they stopped taking my rent. They would return it days later and claim it was late, to get the extra 5% in profits. Although I paid my rent on time, they never showed any proof of it being late in court; yet, the judges would side with them. (That justice for you.) Then, they started chosing and picking which rent they would keep and which one they would send back, adding all these frilovous fees to the pot. And although I was paying my rent on time, they would file false "Failure to Pay Rent" at court, when they knew the rent was on time and they either mailed it back or placed it in my mailbox without any authorization. I had to get the Postal Services involved about non-mailers being placed in my mailbox. Apartment Services mailed back my rent every single month except when it was placed in my mailbox and I would write Corporate. In other words, they did what they wanted to in and outside the law. Secondly, being a Fall tenant, I found out that they placed my apartment on the market during Spring for an additional $400 monthly.   Please do not ever rent with or from this company they are slum lords. Have many very iffy non professional policies as well as do improper notifications about anything. Apartments are all outdated with outdated appliances heating and no amenities outside of very stale carpet. In the year timeframe I stayed I wasnt allowed an in person viewing only virtual. Moved there out of necessity only. Winter time heat barely heats the apartment summer time they give you an outdated air conditioner that you aren't allowed to remove that doesn't even go cooler than 70 degrees f. I unfortunately fell behind in my rent and due to their policies they do not accept any partial or installment payments so all of my attempts to resolve my debt were completely in vain . I was Given a falsified eviction notice and even after calling the Sheriff i was Told it was to be honored. Only to move out call and inquire about next steps being as tho I've never been evicted before and had vacated premises only to be told that my eviction wasn't approved and not followed through the mental anguish I feel as of now is insurmountable.....The one star rate is only because an rate is required they are not even worth being rated
