      It starts JUNE ****** thru August ******* they have a phone number and when I call it the mailbox is full They are charging my charge card for unmanned kiosk on the charge for AUGUST 24 there are 4 charges for .60 for restaurants I have not been to any restaurant on that date how can they do this and if I did go to a restaurant why isnt there a charge from that restaurant on my card The phone number that is listed is ************ I have tried emailing them and the email wont go thru

      On August 25, 2025 I got a Nayax **** charge on my credit card of CAD ***** (earlier charges were ***** and *****). I assume these charges were, most recently, for using EV charging stations IVY and FLO each less than $30.00. If these Nayax charges are for minor transactions, they seem exorbitant.

      Nayax vending withdrew $15 usd from my checking account on July 4, 2025 this i didn't catch until just recently while reviewing my account. On same day according to bank a **************** db also withdrew $2 $ 1 at same.time of day as Nayax Vending when looking up FIREPROOF business it has no public information available of what db these people or whatever they are only that it's associated with vending machines well I worked the fourth of July and we don't have vending machines in the parks

      I've been trying to contact Nayax for the past 2 weeks as I need to transfer ownership of a device and set up another new device. I've called and asked for a call back...I'M still waiting after multiple calls and hours waiting on the phone line. This is unacceptable as I'm losing business every single day my device is not available and working for customers.

      I use a primo water vending machine located in ***************. After using the machine to fill a 5 gallon jug of water (price on machine states $1.50) I noticed multiple charges on my bank statement; 2 charges for $1.90 ea and 2 charges for $2.70 ea from a third party nayax. This has happened multiple times and I have to reach out to primo and fill out several forms to get it corrected. This is an extremely misleading and dishonest business practice. I would like my money refunded and this issue resolved. I should be able to get water without getting hit with multiple surprise charges. Its water. I should have paid $1.50 and I am always charged almost 10 dollars. This is criminal.

      Weve had a Nayax vending machine in our retail store for almost 4 years. The machine is in plain sight and within hearing range. We know when its being used. Since May 2025, Nayax has been sending weekly payout reports showing zero dollars, even though **** had sales during that time. Our dashboard shows clear proof of transactions. Weve sold items this month, including just this week, yet they claim we only made $10.49 in sales from May 30 through July 10. Thats completely false. Weve sent screenshots to prove it. No one has responded.They are still charging us a monthly fee of over eight dollars, even while not paying us anything back. Weve had past issues with Nayax. A few years ago they were holding close to $5000 of our money and I had to physically drive from ************ to their ******** office to get it resolved. Now it looks like its happening again.We are requesting a full breakdown of all sales, deductions, and payments going back to April 1. We want every transaction listed so we can match it against our logs. This feels like a repeated pattern of withholding payments, and we want answers immediately.

      I purchased cotton candy from a vending machine located at ***************** (an indoor entertainment center), located in **********, *****. As soon as I used my debit card to pay for the $5 cotton candy (expensive, by the way), my bank immediately alerted me that my card had been used outside of the **** The charge showed up with merchant NAYAX LLC. As a result, I got charged a foreign transaction fee. There was no signage on the machine indicating that the transaction would process internationally. Had I been informed, I would have chosen an alternate form of payment to avoid the fee.

      This is a vending machine used by Eldorado Spring water. We are not only charged by Eldorado, but Nayax is charging us for what appears to be using the vending machine. This charge has appeared on our last 2 **** statements. So initially we are charged double for our products. Nayax is a very shady company. They have our credit card number and we've since had to have a new card issued. This is causing much inconvenience.

      We did not give permission to take out 5-27-25 all six transactions to our account ending in 7631 of our checking! Total amount $13.65 we have calling , ttxting but do not answer !

      I am currently using nayax card readers on my vending machine. I got recent billing statement on April ******* and they are charging me for two card readers and I only have one machine. I reached out to them by phone and email. Placed on hold and no response back to my email. Back in March I placed an order for a new antenna. Kept getting the run around that the the order was placed. I been waiting a month to get a call back from finance and they finally call to tell me the order was never placed. I dont have time to sit on hold to wait for a representative. I've called, and emailed and I keep get left on hold and no one will give me any information on rectifying this situation. I just want my refund for the extra charge and go forward to be billed for one card reader.

      At this time they havent called me back. About the issue I had to keep calling them several times for a refund. Which they credit to my account. Thank you for your help.
