    April 17, 2023, Call to AGE TO AGE (****) and discussed replacement of cold side pipe intercooler hose on my truck. **** stated that the parts place he uses has reliable parts and he would order the part for repair and stated that the part in question was the last one in supply, and he had it in his cart. I then stated for him to order the part, gave him my credit card information ($100.00 deposit). **** stated that the total cost would be $536 (part plus labor). April 17, 2023, **** provided a copy of the initial credit card receipt, asked for final payment ($323.99) and I then asked for the name of the part to know what was ordered. See ATTACHMEN, PHOTO IMAGE 1 Amount paid to business: $423.99 via $100 phone + $339 on-site (see ATTACHMENT, PHOTO IMAGE 1); Amount credited back to credit card: $339.19 via on-site (see ATTACHMNT, PHOTO IMAGE 2); Amount disputed: $84.80, difference for Amount paid to business minus Amount credited back to credit card. Business committed to purchase and install truck part (S&B COLD AIR INTERCOOLER PIPE). See ATTACHMENT Nature of dispute: Business owner purchased truck part, part box was damaged upon visiting business (see ATTACHMNT, PHOTO IMAGE 3), owner stated if I opened box to check for damaged part then I purchased part without any refund, and after requesting a full refund, the owner refused to refund all credit card payment ($423.99) even though there was no mention of special order or part return/restock fee, part box was damaged, and no posted signs in the shop stating anything about special order and/or restock fee. (See ATTACHMENT, EMAIL COMMUNICATION).AGE to AGE Automotive has not tried to resolve problem, owner also stated that I should not return to his shop, and owner stated my name was marked as such in his computer.Account/order/tracking number: Invoice #*****, See ATTACHMENT Photo Image 1 and 2

    Chronology of Events for ********** vs Age To Age Automotive, Inc. regarding purchase and installation of truck part.

    April 17, 2023, Call to AGE TO AGE (****/******* ** *******, owner) and discussed replacement of cold side pipe intercooler hose on my truck.
    *** ******* stated that the parts place he uses has reliable parts and he would order the part for repair, and stated that the part in question was the last one in supply, and he had it in his cart. I then stated for him to order the part, gave him my credit card information ($100.00 deposit). *** ******* stated that the total cost would be $536 (part plus labor). I called *** ******* later and stated that I would come by the shop (AGE to AGE Automotive) for a copy of the credit card receipt.

    April 17, 2023, I arrived at the shop later, *** ******* provided a copy of the initial credit card receipt, suggested final payment ($323.99) and that he would call when the part came in. I then asked for the name of the part to know what was ordered and *** ******* stated “I know you want to check other prices”. See PHOTO IMAGE 1 below

    4/20/2023, Visit to AGE to AGE Automotive, talked with *** ******* who stated that the refund is $339.19, based on a restock fee of 20% subtracted from total price of $423.99. (see PHOTO IMAGE 2 below) I stated to *** ******* that he did not mention a special order or restock fee. *** ******* then stated that I should not return to his shop and my name was marked as such in his computer.

    4/20/2023, I noticed that there were no posted signs in the shop stating anything about special order and/or restock fee. Also, noticed intercooler box was damaged upon visiting business for refund on 4/20/2023. See PHOTO IMAGE 3 below
