    Im writing to share a disappointing experience I had with Pawesome Palace in hopes that it encourages better communication and professionalism moving forward.I initially contacted the business to schedule an appointment for my pet. During the online booking process, I was prompted to enter my credit card information, which typically indicates that a deposit has been taken or secured. After submitting the form, I received a confirmation call from a staff member. During that call, I mentioned I had already entered my card information online, and nothing further was communicated regarding the deposit or next steps.Several weeks later, the evening before my scheduled appointment, I received a text message at 5:40 PM about 20 minutes before the business closed stating that my appointment had been canceled due to a missing deposit. This was the first indication that there was an issue. I immediately called and texted in response but did not receive a reply until the following morning, by which point the appointment had already been canceled.Appointments at this business are typically booked weeks in advance, so losing the slot without warning made it nearly impossible to make alternate arrangements. I shared this experience in a respectfully written online review, hoping it might help improve future customer experiences.Unfortunately, the business owner responded to my review in a hostile and accusatory tone. Instead of acknowledging any possibility of miscommunication, the response included personal attacks, claims of dishonesty, and an excessive breakdown of private communications, which I found unprofessional and concerning.I believe clients deserve clear, respectful communication and a willingness to resolve issues constructively. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and improves how it handles both scheduling and customer concerns.

    The inaccuracy of this review is very disheartening & it has left me quite confused. This review is not being deemed as useful or beneficial, but untruthful & deceitful. At no point did you ever book your appointment online. In fact, you emailed me on 7/14/25 saying that you would love to book with me & would like to start the process which I have proof of. I then emailed you back on 7/15/25 to let you know that I didn't have any availability until mid-August & that if you were willing to wait, you could give me a call. You did not reach back out to me until 9/5/25 which I also have proof of & at that moment I went ahead & booked your appointment. As I do with each of my clients, I let you know that we would call you the week of your appointment to reconfirm & to also receive the deposit via ***** or you would have to give us your card information over the phone which you agreed to. I also let you know that you could bring cash in to cover the deposit, but it would have to be at least 1 day before the appointment to avoid cancellation. On Tuesday, 10/7/25 the receptionist reached out to you to receive rabies information & since she already had you on the phone she felt that it was best to get your deposit in that moment that way she wouldn't have to call you later on in the week & since it was already confirmed that we would reach out the week of for payment. You then went on to say that you had already paid your deposit over the phone. Then you said you paid using a link that was sent to you. At no point did I ever talk to you after 9/5/25 to take your card information for the ************ do not send out payment links. The receptionist felt that your response was a little odd, knowing how we run Pawesome Palace, but she insisted that you send proof of payment to show that the deposit was already made. You agreed to do so & we allowed you time, a max of 3 days to send us proof of your payment. However, we did not hear from you for the remainder of the week. Friday, 10/10/25 I waited for your call/text or for a picture of proof of payment to be sent before leaving for the day. Once I did not hear from you, I then went ahead & cancelled your appointment. In your review you said that your appointment was cancelled at 5:40pm 20 mins before closing. However, your appointment was cancelled at 4:39pm which shows in the picture that you attached to this review. We also close at 5:00pm & sometimes earlier depending on the days schedule. You did not reach out to us regarding the cancellation until 4:42pm & then again at 4:43pm but by that time I had already left for the day. The morning of Saturday, 10/11/25 I responded to the text message you sent just letting you know that we never received your deposit or proof of payment & for that reason the appointment was cancelled. I also assured you that I looked through all transactions to make sure your deposit wasn't overlooked which was accurate. In your review youre saying that "when booking online..." but you never booked online as I previously stated so I'm not sure how you would know anything about the online booking system. You also said there was no follow-up to say whether the deposit had been received but the receptionist clearly told you that it wasn't received & that we needed to see proof of payment which you agreed to send but never did. As a business owner who is very communicative with all my clients, I expect my clients to communicate with me as well. I do feel that the lack of communication was on your part & if you would have taken accountability for your mistake, I would have had no problem rescheduling the appointment & getting Naveen in sooner. Unfortunately, you decided to go on ************* spreading dishonesty about Pawesome Palace when you, myself, & the receptionist all know exactly what took place. I hope future clients read your review & then read my response & understand that we did our part. We just expect pet parents to do theirs. Blessings to you!
