              Starting the end of December 2023 to very early January 2024z I have been working with Alyssa. I was promised a very desirable position with a massive company. KNOWING I have a clean background I knew It was a shoe in. I turned down 3 guaranteed permanent positions elsewhere due to this promise. After the background check came back, I was informed they found something, but I provided proof that it was incorrect and even Alyssa said she didn't agree with the Aerotek AI and she would guaranteed find me something by the beginning of the following week. Well it is now 2 weeks past the time she was supposed to find me something and she has yet to return any of my calls, reply to any of my messages or emails. This company offers no help to anyone that they have to actually do a little work on their end. We are real life people you are messing with, we have lives, we have families and we have bills too. Please DO NOT promise anything you cannot deliver because now we are on the side of stuggling and facing homelesness due to your neglect and lack of compassion.

              Worst temp agency company ever. They do not help with sick leave. Their clients do not care about their employees. THEY do not care about their employees, especially the ones who actually work hard. I was told by a fellow coworker that the reason I was not to be hired on permanent by their client, was my appearance which is discrimination. The temp agency protected their client and discharged me, wrongfully, with a blanket explanation of "unsatisfactory performance." I've NEVER in the 12 years I've worked ever been terminated or discharged for my performance. Do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. If I could leave less than a star review, I sure would.
